I very strongly recommend Perry’s Plumbing based upon my recent experience where he helped me with a leaking bathtub faucet. I have a faucet fixture that is over 80 years old. When a recurring leak worsened recently, I called a big-name local plumbing company, and they said that the fixture was too old and that they would not be able to fix it. The only option was to replace everything completely and cut through the wall costing over three thousand dollars. They insisted no one could repair it, and they charged me $125 after not having done anything. I checked online and found Perry’s Plumbing. I explained my situation to Perry, and he said to send him a photo, and that he would come by to assess to see if he could repair it. I could tell right away that he was honest and understood that I was not looking to do a major renovation at this time. When he arrived, he took the faucet apart and quickly found a damaged seal and replaced it. He then removed the seat to check to see if it was still in good shape. He found a crack which was likely the cause of the damage to the seal. He had many parts with him to choose from, and he found one that fit. After reassembling everything, the leak was completely gone and has not come back. He was honest and spent the time to work with an old faucet, saving me over three thousand dollars and major renovation work. He also did not try to do any unnecessary work, such as replacing the parts on the other valve on the fixture which was not leaking. After my experience with Perry’s Plumbing, I will definitely go to him in the future.

It’s hard to find an honest plumber these days, but Mr. Perry is the real deal. Very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing. Took the time to explain the problem and the solution, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be calling him again.
