I called Perricone today and talked to Darren. After explaining my issue, he was very honest and explained how he may not be able to help me if the issue involved the main drain. He explained how to ascertain that, and it after testing, it did involve the main drain. I am so appreciative of his honesty and will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues that don't involve the main drain.

When our garbage disposal suddenly made an awful sound and gave out on us, we used Darren for the inspection and replacement. I assumed this whole thing would be a hassle but it was easy to get an appointment booked and diagnose and than replace it. The job was fast too! My wife and i work from home and we didn’t miss anything work wise. It’s been about a week or so and our new garbage disposal works great. We plan on calling Darren @ Perricone Home Services the next time we have any issues.

Darren was referred to us by my mother-in-law who had a big plumbing project done by him and couldn’t say enough amazing things. We reglazed our bathtub upon moving into our new home a few years back. It was the original cast iron tub from 1960, so we figured it was time to update since it was giving us a lot of trouble with chipping, mold, and water not getting hot enough. We had Darren come take a look and he quoted us for the tub demo, installation of the new Sterling acrylic tub/surround, new piping. He also saw that our downstairs stack piping was all crumbling since it was also the original cast iron, so he recommended updating that to PVC. He also saw our water pressure was way over 100 psi, so he also added a regulator. He also mentioned he’d do our flooring in the bathroom since our tile was cracking and the demo of the tub would make it worse. Upon removing the tub, he came across some severe water damage to the joists and wood under the tub. Luckily, he has a lot of carpentry experience so he quickly was able to replace all the wood and make the entire area under the tub extremely strong and waterproofed. He self leveled our floor, waterproofed that, and installed the new lvl wood flooring as well which looks incredible. I met him up at Floor and Decor, and he picked out a few options that he recommended. Not only was his work exceptional, but you could tell his attention to detail was off the charts. He also kept our entire house so protected and clean. His communication was also the best - keeping us informed by call/text throughout each day he was here and was very quick to respond. We are so lucky to have met Darren and be able to use him for this multiple layer project and having him be able to do it all was extremely helpful.
