Our air conditioning condenser sprung a leak and we lost coolant. I called Perform because they had provided great service with an issue earlier. Two technicians came to help us. Holland came first. He quickly reviewed the circumstances and assessed the problem. He was great in communicating with me on the problem and our options. Will was the technician that came to do the repair. I can't say enough good about both of them. They were quick, competent, professional, and very service oriented. Following the repair, we had one more problem and Holland came out and fixed it. I can't say enough good about Perform and these two gentlemen. They've become my trusted heating and air conditioning provider. I also won't hesitate to call Perform about our plumbing. Following this work, we decided to hire Perform to do an annual review of our HVAC systems and plumbing. They's now done that and we are very pleased with the service. Nick and Matt did a thorough job with our plumbing review and were great in communicating on what came out of their inspections. Holland also came back and did general maintenance on our air conditioning systems, including cleaning the coils. These gentlemen were great to work with. Their inspections and service were thorough and professional, and we feel really good about their work.
Both Nick and Holland were thorough, kind and explained things in a way that I could understand. I trusted their expertise.
Perform showed up on time and were very friendly. They identified the issue with my furnace and quickly solved it.
