Mr Odom came to my rescue and repaired my gas fireplace. The pilot light would not stay on and other companies told me it couldn't be repaired but I didn't believe that. He arrived on time and worked me into his schedule. Using his skills, he fixed my fireplace and now I have backup heat in case of power failure. Attempted to replace an old toilet due to it leaking. Ended up being a bigger job than we had anticipated. I contacted Perfecto Plumbing and received a quote over the phone. They came out timely and completed the job even with it not being just a simple fix. I appreciated the communication that was easy and how quickly they came out to our home too. I had such a great experience with Perfecto Plumbing. Making a decision about a job such as plumbing was something that weighed heavy on me. In this day and time it's hard to find someone you can trust to do a good job and give a fair price. Its a decision that I didn't take lightly as it could be of major financial consequence. With that in mind, Perfecto Plumbing came out and inspected my problem, carefully explaining where I was having issues. I was given a very fair price and the work done was of amazing quality. I am very happy with every aspect of this company, will use them moving forward, and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you.

In April of 2024, I contacted this company to complete some plumbing work in my newly purchased home which came to a total of $1,440. He was tasked with removing the old water heater and installing a new one. As well as replacing a tub drain cover, replacing two bathroom faucets, and installing new shower trims in my main and guest bathrooms. I brought all of the materials that needed to be replaced/installed. Long short short, my guest bathroom tub was damaged with chips and burn marks when this company was trying to install a new tub spout. When I asked to be refunded the cost ($150) of installing the shower trims, the owner only refunded me $125 and stated, "Refund even though I do not owe you." After this whole ordeal, I had to get another plumbing company to come out and assess everything that this company did. An expansion tank was installed because this company failed to do that. It took me a year to get the money and time to finally fix the damage. In order to fix the damage to the tub I had to get a resurfacing company. Who also fixed the drain gasket because it was installed wrong by this company. It cost me $1,400 to get my tub fixed and resurfaced. Now, I have to get the new plumber to come back and install a new tub spout, which will cost me more money. A $1,440 job in 2024 with Perfecto Plumbing has now cost me an additional $1748 (and counting) since. Update: The owner might want to delete his reply because I have the text messages and more images to confirm what I have stated here. If he would like I do not mind posting all of the text messages. No, I did not want him to return to my house a THIRD time to fix anything after he damaged my tub trying to fix his first mistake with the original tub spout. I did refuse to talk to him on the phone after he damaged my tub because I only wanted to communicate via text in order to have a record of our conversation because I did not trust he would tell the truth (case in point his reply). Lastly, he NEVER refunded me 50% of the total cost of the invoice that would have been $720. He only refunded me $125. He originally offered to only refund me $100. You read that correctly...$100 for damaging my bathtub.

Highly recommend Mr. Odom with Perfecto Plumbing! I called him as he was closing for the day, with an emergency, water filling up under my mother's house. He quickly arrived, and worked 5 more hours into the night to make sure all was fixed, repaired, new water heater installed, and clean up was immaculate. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking!
