Over the years, I have given Perez Plumbing repeat business, because they have always done great work and very reasonable prices, whether smaller or larger jobs. Gabriel, the manager, is also very nice and friendly.

After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem
