We recently used Pender Brothers to help us track down a problem with our HVAC system. They were very responsive and quickly dispatched a technician. Eugene conducted himself in a very polite and professional manner, and unobtrusively spent half a day dismantling, diagnosing, cleaning, installing a replacement assembly and then fastidiously reassembling the whole shebang. Before departing he double checked the system, and described to us what the fix was. He made sure we were satisfied and explained how the improvement he added should keep the issue fixed for years to come. And all the other office staff we dealt with were competent, professional and pleasant to deal with, not to mention hugely responsive and sincere. I highly recommend Pender Brothers to anybody around the Low Country who needs HVAC help!

What I love about Pender Brothers, in addition to know-how and competency, is how everyone I’ve had contact with treats me. They treat me like a neighbor.
