Between their honesty, integrity, being helpful and friendly Pena deserves all the stars. Desire was so helpful, patient and kind, explaining my options to repair my tankless water heater. She walked me through each scenario and never made me feel like my questions were a bother. She is lovely. I’ve used Pena before and both Mike and Melba were the same. I’d recommend them 100 times over. So much so that o opted to replace my tankless water heater versus repair as I truly believe they will help me repair it in the future and I’m confident in them upholding my warranty.
