“Total failure. You guys are ridiculous. A fair price for a plumber is $200 an hour. You guys wanted to charge me $750 for 45 minutes of work. I had the parts. I just needed your labor. As a consequence, I didn't use your service a waste of time for your driver and service rep and my time too. You guys have a five-star selection. I don't even want to give you guys a star but I have to in order to post this.”
