In October, our water heater tank started leaking and we reached out to a few companies for help. PDS Plumbing & Air impressed us right away—they sent Frank (“the tank”) out the very next morning. Frank was extremely kind, courteous, and friendly. He took the time to explain all our options clearly and even walked us through what competitors were recommending—pointing out what he agreed with and where he felt we were being oversold. His honesty alone set him apart. He helped us make the decision to switch to a tankless system, explaining the pros and cons, how the installation would work, and how to apply for available rebates. The installation itself was clean, professional, and surprisingly quick. About a month later, we had a few questions and concerns we thought might be related to the install. Once again, PDS sent Frank out the very next day. He spent nearly half the day with us diagnosing the issue and listening carefully to everything we were experiencing. It turned out the noises we were hearing had nothing to do with the water heater at all—but Frank still went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot. He even offered advice on a couple of unrelated plumbing issues around the house. Frank was generous with his time, patient with our concerns, and genuinely committed to helping us. We are extremely satisfied with our choice to work with PDS (and especially Frank!). We highly recommend them and will continue turning to them for any future plumbing needs.

I recently scheduled a standard central air conditioning and heating tune-up with PDS Plumbing, and I am absolutely blown away by the service provided. Scheduling & Price: Scheduling was easy and flexible based on my availability. The pricing was incredibly reasonable at only $50 for the tune-up. Honestly, at that price, I expected a very basic, quick evaluation. What I received was anything but! The Service Experience: I received a text notification letting me know the technician was on the way. Paul arrived and was super friendly and professional. He spent a phenomenal three hours performing the tune-up. Throughout the process, he took photos and videos of his work. Once he was finished, he walked me through every step using the captured media to explain exactly what he had done—and they had done so much more than I expected for a standard tune-up! Honest & Non-Aggressive: Paul offered a couple of small suggestions for future maintenance, but he was not aggressive in any way, nor did he try to upcharge me on the quoted $50 price. His focus was clearly on transparency and providing exceptional value. If you are looking for honest, friendly, and incredibly thorough HVAC service, I highly recommend Paul and PDS Plumbing. I will definitely be using them again.
