Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing

Came home last night to find our water heater leaking all over the garage floor. Put in a text to Payless after hours and after determining it wasn't an emergency, they arranged to reach out in the morning. Got a text at 7AM arranging a visit from their plumber/technician between 8-10AM. The contacted me when their tech was within 15 minutes of arrival. Juan C showed up. Super friendly and personable. He checked the situ and we did indeed need a new water heater. He was able to quickly offer solutions at different price points. There was no pressure to upsell or pushiness to choose the most expensive option. I felt I got the product and service I needed/wanted. Juan got everything up to code and the work was very well done. In every way this is what you expect professional service to be. I could tell Juan takes pride in his work. He was also able to solve a known ongoing issue with our house water regulator while he was here, which will extend the life of all our water appliances and faucets. Besides being an unexpected expense, this was about as painless as it gets. Can't recommend Payless and Juan C enough.

My first phone contact was with Donovan regarding my Noritz water heater. The home is a rental and my tenant had no hot water. The call was on a Saturday of Memorial weekend. My interest was initially to simply buy the igniter as I had talked with Noritz and did a diagnostic over the phone. Donovan explained that they would provide a complete service call to confirm everything and they could install the part the next day, Sunday. Since my Noritz heater is over 18 years old it needed to be power flushed out. Payless technician Spencer E. Arrived as scheduled and he explained the process before starting, which I accepted. Spencer completed the service, flushed out the system, installed the igniter and I was billed for the quoted agreed amount. I now know to have scheduled flushing service to insure the heater continues to work properly, especially since it has exceeded the units expected life. Hopefully, I can get a few more years or more with proper service. I especially am thankful for the prompt scheduling and competent technician. My tenant is happy too!

Had Payless Water Heaters install a tankless system at my house and they absolutely delivered. Scheduling was quick and smooth, and I appreciated the call letting me know the installer was on the way. He showed up right on time. David, the installer, was outstanding. Super professional, clean, and clearly takes pride in his work. He walked me through everything, made sure the install was done right, and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. Honest, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! I came home from work to a leaking water heater. Went online and chose Payless. This company shows up prepared to handle any aspect of water heater repair or replacement. Daniel was there by 9am the next morning and had my water heater replaced by 11am. Super clean work! He also discovered that the water pressure was to high to the house and recommended replacing the regulator which I was happy to have him handle that as well. I also have been working towards having the manifold rebuilt at the water main. So, along with the regulator he rebuilt the manifold , added a new gate valve to shut off the water to the house and replaced a hose bib at the manifold. All done super clean. I build houses for a living and have seen many plumbers ability. Daniel is top notch and I highly recommend. Pricing is absolutely fair and competitive. I got a lot done while he was there and I am extremely confident with his work.

Awesome experience! We needed to replace our Hot water heater and I found Payless online and called at 11:30 in the morning and they said a technician would be here between 2 to 4 PM. They would send a picture with a text message to confirm The technician and his arrival time. Antonio C showed up right on time gave us two estimates which were very competitive He had everything with him and said he could have the new water heater installed within three hours Including removing the old one so we told him to go ahead. He finished within 2 1/2 hours and did an amazing job very professional.
