We had a backup from our basement drain. Our old corroded pipes had no clean out, so Jarvis identified where our backup was and installed a clean out to avoid damaging the old pipe so he could clean the backup. Jarvis was professional, informative, and very friendly. We will use him again in the future. Highly recommend Pauley's Plumping in Roanoke, Virginia.

Jarvis is amazing!! He saved our house from flooding. I called him in a panic as water poured out of a broken line. He quickly told me exactly what to do. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. Without him I cannot imagine the amount of damage the water would have caused. Thanks Jarvis ❤️
