Andrew showed up and evaluated the issue and called their office to get us a quote. After approving their quote, Andrew proceeded with the repair. The work was done quickly and of high quality. I called Paul the Plumber early on a Sunday morning a nervous wreck about my leaking hot water heater in my attic. Deborah was very helpful and reassuring by explaining the process. Paul came to my house and had the issue fixed in less than two hours tops the very same day. His prompt service helped save us thousands in damage. Had a sink and faucet installation. Booking appointment was easy and was able to have work done within a few days. The company texted the name and photo of the plumber, which was great. Our plumber was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. The plumbing and counter adjustments to accommodate the new sink were expertly completed. The new sink installed along with a faucet and garbage disposal, water purifier, and dishwasher were reconnected. The plumber took all the old materials out and left the area clean. I recommend this company.

Such a great experience! We had a gas line debacle and Paul made our job a priority. He made his initial visit on Christmas Eve because we were expecting some cold weather. Although we had to wait for the City to reopen Paul and his team worked hard to complete our job on the same day they were able to start and for a fraction of other price quotes we got!
