Arthur Shepherd came with his team yesterday and redone all of our HVAC, they did a wonderful job. Friendly and worked hard to get it done right. I highly recommend

Pallas and Carlos came within 1.5 hours of me calling the dispatcher which was really fast, installed a new water heater in just a couple hours. Great guys to work with and accomodated my noisy dogs well

Matt is the best electrician I have ever seen! He is a hard worker and was very punctual. He definitely helped us out in our time of need. Thank you Matt for everything you do!

Missed the mark...way over priced compared to their competitors quotes. By $300-$400 dollars. We went with another company at a third of the cost.

I am a female who now knows some basic plumbing, due to the laziness or lack of knowledge from a particular plumber from this company. I was charged $188.00 for the plumber to tell me my toilet was clogged and he advised me to go buy a new one. My husband and I fixed the toilet within 15 minutes. Buyer Beware!

I called PATRIOT at 700 PM on Friday night after I had returned home and heard water running in my crawlspace. I immediately turned the water main off and called my OLD plumbing/hvac provider who said that they couldn't get anyone to my house until Monday, "maybe". I immediately called Patriot and they had a technician at my house by 800 PM. I was amazed, to say the least. The technician, Jonah, assured me "I will find the problem". It took a bit to identify the issue, which was actually not in the crawlspace at all. He quickly repaired the problem once it was identified and at a reasonable cost! In today's world where excellent service, fair pricing, and having businesses actually care about you as a customer are seriously lacking, PATRIOT far exceeded my expectations. In a bad situation for me, everyone I dealt with at PATRIOT on the phone was fabulous and very calming, and the technician, Jonah, was amazing! I can't say enough good things about PATRIOT. I signed a PM (preventative maintenance) contract with them last night. They will be THE ONLY people I use for my plumbing and HVAC needs, going forward. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PATRIOT.

I had called Patriot services today to come out to look at my heating and air system I've noticed recently we had to keep turning down the air in order for it to click on James and Tara came out mentioned that we needed a new thermostat they had checked everything else out everything was working well they put in a new thermostat told us exactly what they had done they were very thorough showed us exactly how to use the new thermostat they were very professional answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what they had done to complete the order they were both very sweet I recommend Patriot 100%, they're out of Chattanooga Tennessee we have used them before a guy named Jacob came out and helped us with our plumbing I would recommend Patriot and their services to anyone that needs Heating and Air plus Plumbing services we are the Griffith family March 24th 2026 we are out of Cleveland Tennessee

I called Patriot for getting rid of a gas line and capping a propane tank we were not using for our house. I called and was hoping to get an appointment for later that week but they were able to have a tech to us within an hour. This was so awesome since we had new appliance being delivered in a couple of days.When Pallus and Trenton arrived they had me show them what needed to be done. They went through and figured out an estimate. I agreed to the price and they go to work. They had to go under the house to pull the gas line and then cap the tank for safety reasons. They were so efficient and nice. It was awesome service and friendly. They let us know what they were doing. They worked very clean and made sure I signed off on the work that was done. It was a great experience and the 2 techs were so awesome. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Over priced... They look what needs to be done in a magic book and give you some crazy price.. They don't care if it takes 1 hour or 10 hours.. it's one price.. so to fix a drip could cost $500 if that is what their book says...even if it takes their plumber 5 minutes to fix.. CRAZY!!! We old them we called their number because we thought they were Patriotic and honest.. and the guy said.. "Our NAME has nothing to do with our business!" Wow.. We said.."Boy isn't that the truth!" Then he said.. "you misunderstood what I said."... and then I said. "I don't think I did.." and we found someone else at 1/3 of the cost they quoted us.. Just beware.. call around.. and don't get suckered into a "Book" Quote"

Cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service we received. Had tried two others to fix my daughter’s septic issue, but they were horrible. On a recommendation I tried Patriot. They set up an appointment, showed up when they said they would and did what was needed - without trying to gouge us or do extra work. One other contractor quoted a new field line system for $9K without testing. Patriot tested and found field lines to be operating properly. A second contractor either didn’t return messages or failed to show up when he said he would. Bottom line, they were professional and trustworthy. Exactly what you look for in contractor.

I called Patriot Plumbing about 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning and Cameron showed up by 10:30. Pretty amazing! We had a leak in our basement ceiling that another company said would require dry wall removal, the gas company to come out, an electrician and an HVAC person to come out before they could fix the leak. What?? Cameron took a look, came up with a plan that would not require any of that! He was gung ho to get started and get it fixed! He left to get materials, came back and 2 1/2 hours later all was fixed and cleaned up perfectly! We will absolutely be calling Patriot Plumbing again with any and all plumbing needs!

Had an old cast iron drain pipe with about a foot or so long crack in it that needed replacement prior to water damage remediation, so I called Patriot out to get it fixed. They were able to get an appointment set up relatively soon after contact. Jesse, the technician they sent out, was exceptionally professional, personable, and courteous. He was able to get the problem solved quickly and cleanly, and at a reasonable price for the work that went in. Very good experience overall.

I called them at 7:30am on a Thursday, not expecting anyone to answer that early and they did. I explained my problem and that I was low on cash. They accommodated me by still sending a technician out within a couple hours. The technician arrived, found the problem pretty quickly, fixed it very well and the cost was super low. These people were all super nice. It was very clear that they care and love their job. Thank you Patriot Heat & Air!

I am Very impressed with Patriot Services. My AC/heat system stopped working on a Friday and I have a baby in the home. I called them after hoirs at 5:30pm. Micheal called me back within 20 minutes and scheduled to come out and fix the problem. They gave me a fair price for services and I will be using them for all my AC heat needs moving forward. I wish all business’s were run like Patriot.
