I thought I could fix my own outdoor hose bibb on Labor Day, after watching a few Youtube videos, but I only made the leak worse. I submitted a contact request via the Patriot Plumbing and Drain Cleaning website on Labor Day and Jacob responded in less than 10 minutes. I was amazed at the quick response on a holiday. They were able to schedule me for Wed morning. Chad texted me 15 minutes prior to arriving. Chad was on time, professional and definitely knew a lot more about plumbing than the Youtube videos. There was more to the job than I anticipated. They charged me a very fair price for the job. I have lived in town for 31 years, and have hired a few other local plumbers, but none compare to the professionalism and integrity as Patriot Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I sure won't be calling the other local guys next time I need a plumber. I found the best in the county!

Noah from Patriot Plumbing did an excellent job replacing five sink faucets, an instant hot water unit, two shower heads, a new hand held shower wand with a bar, and a day of additional water heater replacement. He gave me a detailed estimate prior to starting and was extremely efficient the entire day! He was polite, respectful, professional and performed quality work, while being patient with my questions, especially with the placement of the bar in the shower. I had a question the following day. Even though he clearly explained why it was a manufacturing cosmetic design issue, he went above and beyond to visit the retail store for their explanation, sent me a photo of the display model and then called me back. I am extremely pleased with the service provided from start to finish and will absolutely be using Patriot Plumbing in the future! Thank you!

Nate and Aiden were Able To respond earlier than scheduled. Which worked out well sense our water was turned off. I had cleaned out and away the dirt mud in preparation for them so that they could get to it quickly. Thus, saving some time and money on my part. Nate explained And showed me the parts that he would be utilizing to repair the water leak on my side of the water meter. They had the job done within 15 minutes another 10 minutes for the glue /cement to dry, And then turned on my water. He showed me how to read the meter and the small diamond that Turns in a circle when the water is running and that it does not turn in a circle if the water is off and there aren’t any leaks. Very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend them.

Jacob, the owner of Patriot Plumbing, was very communicative and knowledgeable in recommending different options to solve our clogged tub drain at my mother's home. He sent Noah and a fellow plumber, who arrived punctually to do the job. They worked well together to successfully snake and unclog the old, narrow drain pipe without damaging it. An earlier attempt to rotor this problem drain by a different plumber hadn’t worked, so we are very relieved and pleased to have found capable Patriot Plumbing. Jacob was quick to respond to a problem that’s been on going even with the help of another plumber we’ve relied on for the past 30 years. He’s patient to hear me out, quick to respond and then takes more time to explain the problem to me and the solution he thinks is best. He”s honest and in fact, I found him from many of my friends recommending him with the word”honest” coming up repeatedly to describe him. He’s going to do it right the first time and he just became our new plumber.

Emergency stoppage situation on our main service line on a Sunday morning! Jacob answered the phone right away and Noah was out here and cleared the issue within an hour. Noah shared some great knowledge about how to deal with roots. Fantastic service- new go-to plumbers FOR SURE. Update! We’ve used Patriot two to three more times for various plumbing adventures and they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and just an overall awesome company. We appreciate them so much!

I had a leak in my garage ceiling. I called Jacob and explained my problem. He had a service man out to my house in less than 1 hour. Jacob found there was a leak in my fire sprinkler in the garage ceiling so he gave me the phone number for the fire sprinkler repair people and a guy that does sheetrock repairs because the sheetrock was soaked. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have encountered in our 17 years of owning a vacation home in Pismo Beach.

These guys knew how to handle everything from setting appt. up with person that was house sitting to paying online or just when we returned, who now days lets you pay later ?
