What a pleasant experience! I discovered my water heater was leaking badly earlier today and called Pasadena Plumbers. They arrived within the hour to assess the situation, and completed replacing the water heater before 1:30pm. The father and son team could not have been nicer or more professional. I am so glad to have found them and will be recommending them to others.

Extremely grateful to Tony and his son with Pasadena Plumbers. They immediately came out for an emergency call were informative and helpful! I’ve used them several times now and they are great about communication, pricing, knowledgeable and reliable. I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

Tony is the best! Very responsive, communication is awesome and prices are fair. I had a faucet that needed to be replaced, as well as a gas stove and dishwasher that needed to be disconnected because I was changing out my flooring. He was on it! He came out and took care of everything I needed. I am definitely keeping his # in my phone for future needs. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, unprofessional, didn’t fix the issue.

These guys showed up in a passenger car, instead of a commercial truck/van... I should have told them to leave right then and there. After quoting me on a price, DIRECTLY before the job, they increased the price after completion (keep in mind, no extra work, nor additional time was necessary... job was completed in less than 30 mins with no additional tools). Also, they left the replaced fixtures in my backyard because they didn't have a truck to haul everything away. So, I guess I'm going to have to rent a truck to haul these bathroom items to a landfill? Lastly, they were supposed to come back and complete a minor install they couldn't perform from the first job, and naturally, they cancelled last minute, at 9PM the night before, after I took off and arranged for someone to be present for the appointment. Yet, they were completely free when they were trying to up-sell me on an $1100 hot water heater replacement. All in all, this "company" is seriously unprofessional. I'm going to look elsewhere for future needs.

Unprofessional scheduling procedures from the first call. Communication lines were crossed and I did not believe the plumber from Pasadena Plumbers was showing up so I called someone else. Pasadena Plumbers ended up showing up and started service (tenant let them in) without calling to confirm with me after I thought the plumber from there was not coming. Two plumbers from Pasadena Plumbers were at the property a short time and said they could not clear the clog as it was from grease. I thought maybe the tenant was pouring grease down the drain at this point but the plumber Mike called me and said well other things contribute to this such as oily foods and gave salad dressing as one example. For context, the house was built in the 40s and has original pipes. I paid the invoice in full immediately. I did ask Holly for a partial refund because of the miscommunication as I had to call back the other plumbers who were there already there. It was Roto-Rooter. They were amazing, five stars. One person cleared the line with a 6 month warranty, quoted me upfront, and then charged me half of what was quoted. Showed up in an hour and was done in 20 minutes. I was told by the Pasadena Plumber Mike that I had to call Drain Pro. He said they are the ONLY people in the area that can fix my problem. He said he knows this because he talks to all the other plumbers in the area and everyone refers them here. If they cant get it with jetting the line may have to be cut out. That they have special tools they created for my issue and that I needed jetting through my pipes. Roto Rooter informed me they do no jet residential properties as it is too much water and pressure for the pipes. It would lead to more issues and leaks. After I paid Pasadena Plumbers, paid Roto Rooter, and had this handled Holly from Pasadena Plumbers called me to berate me. She screamed at me, said they don’t do business like this, clients don’t set terms, said uncalled for things about the tenant, called me a liar, said nobody else could fix it, and then said what her plumber Mike told me was not true. After several minutes of staying calm and I finally yelled back I called Roto Rooter and it’s all fixed and hung up. Holly called me back a few times from her cell and then called from the business line to inform me to not call Drain Pro, she would make sure they would not service me. I believe that these business are probably giving each other kickbacks, saw an opportunity to make a lot of money off me and the Holly was really upset when I found someone else to fix it quickly. Roto Rooter was super patient, sent email confirmation, and the tech called me before he arrived to let me know how long he would be, as every other trade I’ve worked with has done in the 16 years I have owned properties. Zero stars. See photos for proof. Again, this is after I paid and had another company fix this issue. ADDED- this company lies as no place I have ever experienced. Every piece of information in the reply is a twisted lie in an attempt to make themselves look better. One example is I never asked them to schedule with tenant I said schedule with me.

Choosing this Plumber was the biggest mistake of my life. If I could give them negative stars I would. We had a clogged kitchen sink we called them on a Thursday night they said they would be at our house at 10:30 Friday - they were almost 2 hours late. They attempted to snake the drain and said "it was like hitting a brick wall!" Said they would need to come back Monday and cut pieces of pipe to find the clog - I asked repeatedly if I could see the clog - they assured me I could!! I did ask if the kids making slime could cause it - the younger plumber assured me that it could and especially if made with Elmer's glue. The old man said yes that is making sense now. I informed My granddaughter no more Slime!! They came back Monday - late again and then quickly left claiming they forgot something. They came back and cut out the pipes. Not once did they offer me the opportunity to see the clog. I literally had to go outside and request to see it. They showed me pipes with what they called clogs it appeared to me to be a soft pink nasty smelly mess. But when I literally picked up the pipe the mess fell out onto my lawn. I questioned them as to why a snake couldn't go through something that soft and mussy. The older man got very defensive which makes me feel like I hit a nerve with him. He began talking to me as if I were a child at which time I removed myself from the situation. They sent an email asking for a review - I gave them a bad review which I feel they truly deserved. Now on Wednesday the owners wife called and spoke with my daughter - she literally had my daughter in tears. She then called me and I wasn't able to get a word in edgewise- she raised her voice from the first sentence and continued to talk over me which was resolving nothing she kept yelling we have been in this area for years and we know people. Not sure if I should take that as a threat or what - I chose to end the conversation and hung up on her and will not have another conversation with the likes of her. If customer service means anything to you then you 100% DO NOT want to use this company. As for their actual plumbing work I can't say yet if it's good or bad but I do feel they took advantage and claimed the issue was more than needed to be done in order to pad their bill.

I'm a little late on with this post but Pasadena Plumbers is the best. On a Sunday morning, the day after we got home from our summer vacation, and with a week's worth of vacation laundry ready to be washed, we discovered a leak behind our washing machine coming from the main pipe feeding our house. I called Tony and he was at my house in less than an hour. However, before heading over, Tony asked a bunch of questions and wanted to make sure he was fully equipped to fix what he diagnosed over the phone. I was curious and spent the entire time watching and asking questions. He didn't just patch the leak but gave a considerable amount of thought making sure it's fixed permanently. Tony uses the latest in plumbing technologies. (I'd love to explain what he uses but he's the plumber not me.) For a Sunday morning emergency call that could have gotten much worse if it hadn't been repaired that day, Tony's price was very fair. I highly recommend Pasadena Plumbers.

Tony and Mike were awesome. These guys are professionals and masters at their trade. I had a clogged drain that I thought I could snake and clear myself 2 days later I gave up. A buddy told me about Pasadena Plumbers, so I gave them a call. They came right out and assessed my problem got my drain cleared. It was not a simple snake the drain and done. I had a massive grease backup and it needed someone who knew what would be the most effective way to clear. They did it and I am a happy man. They also took the time to informed my wife and I on ways to prevent a grease backup in the future. Very thoughtful of them and told me they were not trying to make a quick buck. Use your money wisely when looking for a service that will appreciate your business. Pasadena Plumbers will be my go to plumbers and my recommendation to all my family and friends. Thanks Guys.

Bottom-line-up-front: Pasadena Plumbers are outstanding! First called in March due to a leak in an upstairs pipe (polybutylene) that leaked water into the kitchen. Called 5 plumbers in the area. Called Pasadena Plumbers last only bc of the distance. They were the first to call back. Michael came out shortly after and found the source of the leak and fixed it. Since then, we've had them here to replace all of the upstairs polybutylene pipes and installing a new water heater & sump pump (both well beyond their life-span). Michael & Tony are skilled professionals who do quality work at very reasonable cost! Also to mention, they are very down-to-earth guys who explain everything in detail. I highly recommend them!

We have used Pasadena Plumbers several times for different minor plumbing jobs. They have replaced the internals in our two toilets that were running, they replaced a kitchen sink faucet and sprayer, and fixed some plumbing under a sink that was leaking. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They show up as promised and their pricing is reasonable. When our faucet was broken, Mike actually went to two different hardware stores to find us a replacement before coming back to finish the job. Because we were so impressed, we are hiring them again for our bigger jobs - to add an outdoor hose spigot and replace our water heater. We are confident in their work and you should hire them too!

Broken pipe in the wall...as I was turning off the valve in the basement I fell and had to get x-rays on my ankle..unable to walk & unable to fix myself as a result. I called Pasadena Plumber at 2:30 pm after googling plumbers. Tony the owner came out within 15 minutes with his son found the break immediately..Came back out the next morning at 9am as they said they would and had it all fixed and made sure we were all good. Finished by 11am. I hopefully won't have to, but I will call them again in a second if I have any other problems. Local & family owned Pasadena business is the way to go! Highly recommend them!

I had a stubborn drain pipe leak that other contractors were unable to fix, but Pasadena Plumbers came through! They were thorough and professional from start to finish. They made just a few holes in the dry wall and discovered two leaks in my drain pipe that I had been dealing with for weeks. The repair was done right, and my pipes are finally leak-free. They even made a repair to my waterline that was discovered while repairing the drain pipe. I highly recommend this family owned business for anyone who wants skilled, honest, and reliable service. True professionals - highly recommend!

Super prompt (called me back within 10 minutes, showed up within two hours), gave excellent advice, and seemed very knowledgeable. Ultimately it was $275 that I could have avoided if I were less impatient and waited for my new longer snake from Amazon, but I've got a tiny baby and honestly it worth it for the advice and root cause analysis of my ongoing drain issues. Very happy to help out a local family owned business, it was nice to see young guys getting into the trades and taking the work seriously. EDIT - not sure why this thing thinks I'm in California. I live in Pasandena, MD.

Most compasionate and friendly gentlemen! They truly made me feel as though they cared when my plumbing emergency occurred! They reassured me it would be fixed, offerred knowledge in regard to the issue and were so reasonably priced! They were ny heros today :) if you are in the Pasadena area and you have a plumbing emergency please call this company they are absolutely wonderful and they won't nickel-and-dime you or rob you like Len the plumbers and some of these other big-name companies in the area. They are a family-owned business who really care about their customers.
