Very efficient, courteous, and helpful plumber. Identified and fixed the problem using replacement part provided by me. Tested to ensure no leaks. Also took care of a couple of minor plumbing issues while on site. I appreciated the communication(s) re appointment and arrival time. Would recommend this company.

This is our second time using their service, and we’ve had another great experience. Thomas, the owner, arrived on time and quickly took care of our clogged garbage disposal and the sewage pipe in our garage. The service was efficient, the pricing was fair, and everything was clearly itemized. We will definitely continue using their service in the future.

We’ve been using Parzival Plumbing for many years now, and they never disappoint. We had a drainage problem in the kitchen. Mike was the plumber who came out and he was very professional, explained everything clearly without trying to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. He camera'ed our drain, snaked it and found the issue. He fixed our drain so it works perfectly now. No surprises, no drama. These guys are the real deal—reliable, fair, and they get the job done right. Highly recommend!

He came out to my house 90 minutes after I called to make an appointment. That’s amazing in itself. So Alma the female office manager who answered my call very fast, was super nice, efficient and professional. So Thomas is so professional with his morals and ethics. He is super congenial, smart and gave me a final price that was under the minimum I was expecting. I will be using this company from this moment going forward and forever. So after 2 plumbing companies were very unprofessional one of them I’ve used for many years in the past both companies being very lackluster; I decided to try Thomas @ Parzival Plumbing. We hired Parzival to hydro-jet our apartment building on Knott Ave and had a great experience.
