Parley Plumbing was prompt and pleasant. They performed quickly with no disruption to our daily routine. Their diagnostic skills were superior to our other quotes. They left the place clean and tidy. I am having them back for a new heater /AC and water heart. Their quote was20% lower than the bigger company quote, with better equipment.

Our plumber Isaac did a great job installing a water heater at my sister's condo. He obviously cares a lot about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Parley's Plumbing has great customer service. If there's not someone available right away to talk to you, they always get back to you. That in itself is very valuable! Update: 12-18-25. Parley's Plumbing did such a great job with my sister's water heater installation, I decided to have them do some work on my house. They replaced my old tank-style water heater with a new tankless water heater and... replaced all of my old steel water pipes with new Pex lines. James and Russell did a great job. They did it quickly and with very professional service. The installation looks great! In the middle of the tankless water heater installation, we decided to replace the furnace and change from a roof-mounted swamp cooler to a central air system. Parley's lead HVAC tech, Mason was great and very knowledgeable. His assistant Zachary was awesome! Furnace and AC look great. Haven't used AC yet, but the furnace is a very nice improvement over my old furnace. I can't say enough about this company. They were honest, reliable, responsive and did quality work at a fair price.

Overpriced! Less than an hour to detect and fix a simple leak in the end of a copper pipe fix-was billed $247.00. Should have used "In-Line" plumbing company in Utah (as I have before) at $120.00 an hour.

I had a clogged drain. I tried Parleys first, and because of the mess and urgency, I didn’t think to get a second quote and ended up spending at least $2,000 more than I should have for the fix. I wouldn’t trust them anymore.

I was dumb enough to call PPM to do two jobs for me but i will NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN! 1. Called PPM to do a simple fridge line installation. The tech showed up and said he could only do a fridge line installation if I replaced the water shut off valve since the water pressure was too high they claimed and it would cost an extra $300. I said whatever go ahead and fix it and after he left I had a horrible buzzing noise in the house every time the water turned on, so the tech came back out and just turned the water pressure back up so the noise would go away. This defeated the purpose of even having him install a new water shut off valve that I never wanted in the first place! 2. A different tech comes out to give me an estimate on replacing my water heater which turned out to be an absorbent amount, but I explained to him that my water pressure is high and that his company installed a new valve for me last year and if I turn the water down then there is a horrible buzzing noise. He confirmed that the valve that was installed was not the correct one, but if I bought a water heater from him then he would replace it for free. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT PUT THE WRONG VALVE ON IN THE FIRST PLACE! ARE YOU KIDDING?! So after much argument they agreed to put the correct valve on and resolve the problem that the first tech did a lousy job on. HALLELUJAH! So they sent a different tech out who showed up 3 hours late for the appointed time to fix the valve and a few days before he showed up I called and I told them that rather then replace the functioning water heater I had I would like them to just replace the anode rod to help the tank get better life and I would ride it out til it dies. They responded that they don't do any work on water heaters over 15 years old and that they would only sell me a new one if I wanted. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND WILL LIE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AS OPPOSED TO FIXING WHAT YOU CALL THEM FOR! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought an older home that came complete with a giant, ancient furnace. I had many contractors come and bid on a replacement furnace and a/c install. Of all the contractors I called, PPM was the ONLY one that gave me options for high efficiency. They were the ONLY ones that cared to tell me about higher electric costs with certain units, they were the only ones that even bothered to explain different types of systems to me, and they were the ONLY ones who instantly recognized the old furnace in my house and knew how to remove it without taking walls down like all the contractors mentioned doing. Because of PPM, I ended up getting something completely different from what I originally wanted, because I hadn't known there was a difference. When they came to do the install, they were quick, efficient, and on time. They even worked within my busy schedule because I was leaving town for a few weeks. They completely cleaned up after themselves and were 100% professional. They even took time to show me how all the equipment worked and helped me to claim my rebates and tax incentives. Even though their bid was slightly higher than others, I actually got a MUCH better system than I ever would have simply because PPM took the time to explain everything to me and give me options. Plus, they had a bid estimate ready same-day. Before the contractor left, he handed me the estimate. No other contractor had a bid ready for me until at least a week later. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best contractor I've worked with, and I've been working with a lot.

We all find ourselves in need of a plumber now and then when things get backed up. Or, in my case, when you need a gas line pulled, and a shoddy shower valve install made right. Ellery, from Parley's, showed up on time - for both appointments - was extremely respectful of both me and my home, and did a fantastic job with both projects. My new shower valve had been botched during install and left for dead. I didn't even know everything that was wrong with it. All I knew is that my brand new $1,200 shower valve didn't work. Ellery took one look at it and explained what was wrong with what he saw. It took him 30 minutes to repair and replace everything in need, and when he left, I had a working shower. I called him to come back and plumb my gas line, which had to find its way through the exterior of my home to a grill bib. He even estimated that it would take him twice as long as it did. He was finished up before I knew it, and ... again, I had a system that worked. I've never had a moment's issue with any of the work performed by Ellery. I request him now when I call for service at Parley's. I have always appreciate how I've been dealt with there, from the intake/schedulers to Ellery, my serviceman. Invoicing and billing have always been 100% correct, leaving me with little doubt about Parley's integrity. Whenever I've need them, Parley's has been there in a reasonable time. And I never feel overcharged or underserviced, which is typical of most companies in this industry. Parley's is my plumber any ol' day.

I have used these guys for numerous residential and commercial jobs and they are professional and courteous and fair. Rob is their master plumber and when no one else can figure anything out this is the guy that is the David Copperfield of resolving any and all concerns. I have had other plumbers from the company as well including Collin today that go above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You will want to send me a handwritten thank you note. Dave is very good at answering the phone and facilitating delegation and have worked with Mason and Issac as well and generally average about $15,000 a year with these guys with various properties. Trust me they are as good as it gets.

I recently had PPM come to my house to replace an outdoor drinking fountain bubbler. He came to the house at noon took a look went to get the part, came back, turned off water, changed part, turned on water, checked part in under an hour. Then brought the bill of $287!!!! There was no breakdown of the bill... ie, how much for part, how much for labor. When my husband asked how much he had paid for the part, he told us $120. Then told us they just had a basic fee for coming to do this kind of job. So, $167 for labor an hour!?!?! We then checked the internet for the exact part he put on our faucet (we kept the box). It was $35 and that was including shipping. I cannot recommend these guys at all.

I am a realtor and my seller lives out of town. When I called to get an estimate on a repair that needed to be made, the receptionist took my information to have a professional call me and within ten minutes I was able to get a second opinion over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. Robert was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions about the water heater and the manabloc. We scheduled him to make the repair and he was easily accessible when I needed to change the time of our appointment. The replacement of the manabloc took less than 2 hours and came in less than the estimated bid! I will definitely be using this company again.

I am remodeling areas of my house and ran into some trouble. I needed someone to come out quickly. I found PPM and they were able to help. They came out fast. They were friendly, educational, and quick to help. I had to replace lots of angle stops, a leak in my kitchen, and then lastly the garbage disposal. They suggested putting in heavy duty disposal which I was happy about (Badger 5 xp) and finally the bill came. $807!!! I found the same garbage disposal in other places and online for $100! I am very happy with their service but feel like I paid WAY to much!!! If only my husband had been home he could made sure that would not have happend! Too expensive!

Parley’s PPM Plumbing Heating and Cooling in Orem is a family owned business that provides “Best in Class” service and expertise in and ranging from plumbing repairs, to installing new water softener systems, new furnaces and new air conditioning systems. They are very customer focused, prompt and kind. Their pricing is competitive and they will help assist you in securing rebates and tax credits where available and depending on the system being installed. I highly recommend this company. Update: Wish we could rate Parley’s above a 5 star rating. This company always exceeds expectations. Compliments to Lance and his staff.

We have used PPM (now Parley's PPM) for years for our home plumbing and HVAC needs. They've fixed our furnace, our boiler, put in new plumbing on a bathroom remodel, installed an entire Mr.Slim heating & a/c system, and I'm sure a few other things I can't remember. They are professional, prompt, and best of all they fix it RIGHT. I've never had to call them back and have them re-do anything like I have with a lot of other home repair companies. I would highly recommend Parley's PPM!

These guys do a good job. One thing I really like about them is that they quickly fix issues with any of their work. I had them do the plumbing for a bathroom remodel and after they left one of the pipes had a minor leak. They came out the next day to fix it. I like that they stand by their work. As with all businesses, the different techs have different skill sets. I think Ellery is the best plumbing tech. He goes out of his way to make things look neat and clean.
