Prompt, professional and kind. Blaine was my technician. I was having issues with my water heater. I called Park Plumbing on Friday morning and Blaine came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He came out the very next morning before 9am, and replaced my hot water heater and had me back up and running before noon. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the work he did. Luke and Corey were great! They were on time, installed 2 toilets and had to troubleshoot a few issues relating with an old house but they knew exactly what to do. Smooth, clean job, great price, very pleasant and polite personalities. It’s refreshing to have nice people with a good attitude happy to work hard. Our contractor used Park Plumbing when we renovated our bathroom. Brian and Brendan were pleasant, punctual and tidy. They did top quality work, explaining and consulting us along the way. The best part was when we showed them a problem with our kitchen faucet, they arranged to replace it the same day. We were totally satisfied! Today (Feb 3 2026) was the third time we used Park Plumbing. I called on Feb 1, but because of the recent snow & cold weather I couldn’t set up an appointment until Feb 4. Then this morning I got a text that a technician could come within the hour. Luke arrived and he listened attentively to our tale of woe. He checked a few things, determined that he had to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to evacuate the situation. He did that quickly and without making a mess. It wasn’t a drain problem. Then he checked the shower inflow cartridge; it was damaged. He went out to get a new cartridge and replaced it within a short time. We were totally satisfied. Park Plumbing is our absolute 1st choice when we have a plumbing issue!

I am so incredibly grateful for the guys at Park Plumbing. I met the owner at a networking meeting and was blown away by the service model and plans that they offer. I kept their magnet on the fridge, knowing I'd call one day. That day came on Monday, when a minor issue became a structural disaster under our home. A foundation engineer discovered 2 broken plumbing pipes leaking into our crawl space. I called Park Plumbing immediately, and they had 2 plumbers at my house within 45 minutes, and they had it fixed within 24 hours. They also inspected the plumbing in the rest of the house, and alerted us to other issues that could potentially become major problems. It's been a tough week, but I'm very grateful for the fix, and to know what else is going on so that we can triage the work and feel secure in our home. Thanks guys!

Had a slow drip from my shower spout. I knew it was the valve but it was the original old valve. They replaced with the newer style with very minimal drywall intrusion. The way they cut the drywall out was perfect, leaving access to the stud to just make an access door for the future. They noticed subpar plumbing upon gaining access to the rear of the shower. Replaced all with copper piping. From the time they stepped foot in the door they utilized shoe coverings and removed them prior to going outside and putting them back on again each time upon entering the house. Both including the apprentice were very friendly and informative of all work prior to and upon completion. I would utilize them again. Work was done same day in a short time frame

Park Plumbing did an outstanding job for me and I highly recommend them. I needed a new water heater and also had a leaking shower valve in my basement bathroom. The team was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was installed cleanly and correctly. What impressed me most was their integrity and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled fairly and that I was taken care of as the customer. The quality of the work looks great and everything is working perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I would absolutely call Park Plumbing again in the future.

so i called another company first for a pipe leak in my ceiling. they had a $49 fee for showing up which was waived if they did the work. they wanted $389 for just cutting the ceiling to look for the leak. i can do that myself, so i did this company however showed up on the same day, looking at the damage and recommending repair was free, then recommended options. they repaired the leak and replaced the pipe for $615ish (upper end of fair in my opinion), and it took under two hours. clean, fast, concise. they also gave me a free estimate for re-piping my entire house, which i will almost certainly go to them for. they also recommended a dry wall repair place

Aaron and Corey were excellent. My tub was draining super slow even after another plumber looked at it. Aaron cleared the drain and gave me peace of mind about the other drains in my home. He was honest about his findings and didn’t want to give me anything I didn’t need. He even went above and beyond and sealed around my fixtures. Will definitely use Park again and highly recommend Aaron and Corey. Thanks again! Update: Blaine came out today and his service was great. Scheduling was super easy they were able to get me in same day on a Saturday. As always, highly recommend their services!

Park Plumbing went above and beyond to help us get our new water heater! It wasn’t an emergency replacement it just failed. We had some pipes that were not code anymore and they helped us come up with a solution that wouldn’t destroy our finished basement!! We are so thankful and impressed with them!! Their price was very reasonable and they were so responsive with all our questions and needs! So grateful to work with them! We will definitely do it again!! Park Plumbing is by far the best experience I have ever had when needing plumber related work done at my house. They are punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about going through the process to have natural gas ran to my house and Park Plumbing did an outstanding job plus they were very flexible while I waited for BGE inspections, permits and working around contractors. Park plumbing also installed a new water heater. I would like to say thank you to Park Plumbing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I had a great experience with Luke and T as they installed new equipment and plumbing in two bathrooms, as well as a new garbage disposal in the kitchen. They were polite, easy going, and respectful in their interaction with me and with each other. Both were knowledgeable and Luke worked with me to give me options for pricing the project, even working to get me a 10% discount. The work was done efficiently, while the work spaces were left neat and tidy. I was very pleased with their work and how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Park Plumbing was amazing. Joe came out and fixed our shower faucet which was causing our showerhead to leak and he replaced our valves that let us turn the water on for the outside because they were leaking. He was very nice and very professional. When I called for the service, the lady that answered the phone was so nice and friendly also. The prices are great, I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be calling them for any future Plumbing needs. Extremely happy with them!!

Can’t say enough good things about Park Plumbing! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They did all of the plumbing work for an additional full bathroom in our house as well as the finishing touches after tile work. Everything was clear and detailed with pricing and payment. We have had them back out since for a regular plumbing issue and will have them again for redoing another full bathroom in the house. Highly recommend they will be our got to for all plumbing moving forward!
