It is so great to work with a professional plumbing company (Paramount Plumbing). Jason unclogged our kitchen sink timely and effectively. I will definitely call this company again for any future needs and also will recommend my friends/family if they have a need. Thanks Paramount Plumbing!

I called Paramount the evening of the 24th of February about clogging in our shower or somewhere. J came out with his team the next morning and stated nothing seemed wrong except that these homes are old as is the plumbing and there needed to be some upgrades done to our washer drain pipe (not up to code) and other areas in are plumbing set up. He said he was guessing but that he had just completed work in the neighborhood. I asked him if he could still "snake" the toilets and the washer but he said he couldn't guarantee anything and talked me out of the $125.00 service. He stated he'd text me a quote. Fast forward to this evening, and guess what we are doing? Mopping up the garage because the washer isn't draining properly and we are still waiting for a quote. Anyone know of another plumber in the area that will come "snake" our washer discharge pipe tomorrow?

I have old galvanized pipes and I had a few spots of corrosion and leaking that needed to be addressed. I am not ready to do a full re-pipe and only wanted to fix the immediate problem. After I left a message, Jay called me back, explained a few options and sent out Dave to assess the problems. Dave was super polite and crawled under the house and looked at all the pipes. Jay gave me a lot of detailed information that was much appreciated. I felt comfortable with his obvious experience and I asked how soon he could get me on the schedule. Thankfully, he squeezed me in the very next day, which fit into my schedule perfectly! Dave came back out and completed the job in just a few hours, as expected. I looked under the house and his connections looked beautiful and I love all the new copper pipes that he put in. I felt very comfortable and was happy with the service I received.

Had a few conversations with Jay, the owner of the company about broken shower head that needs to be reconnected to the pipe inside of the wall. He came out and did an estimate after our conversation just making sure we were on the same page and he also provides a very accurate quote and possible alternative ways for the total work. They came and fixed everything today without drilling the wall from behind. He is accurate, professional and experienced! We rounded up the total fees to an even amount just to reassure they had done a great job for us! Thanks a lot!

I have had Jay come out to my Lake Tahoe cabin for a number of jobs. He has always given me a fair estimate before starting the job, gives me a complete explanation as to what needs to be done and is very prompt and efficient completing the job. A small leak occurred in an area he had recently repaired. When I brought it to his attention he came back and fixed the leak at no charge, guaranteeing his workmanship. Thanks Jay! I hope I don't have to have you out again but if I do, you will be who I call. Highly recommend

Paramount Plumbing is very responsive to your plumbing needs and they get the job done. They recently replaced my old water heater, that was leaking and did it all without any issues. A month later, I called up Paramount Plumbing again to install a kitchen sink and bathroom upgrades - vanity and toilet, and minor shower upgrades. These guys are trustworthy and hardworking. Not too long ago, my kitchen sink got backed up. I called Paramount Plumbing to come take a look at it. They were able to squeeze in a time over the weekend before my actual appointment. The guys who showed up were able to quickly identify what was causing the problem, and get it all cleared up in a short amount of time. They spoke to me in a friendly manner, and provided some great advice and recommendations for the future! Thanks!

Jay did a great great job replacing a leaking shower/tub valve in the wall. We previously had the same issue about a year ago and paid a plumbing service big $$$ to do the job, too much! Jay did the same work for $485 labor and did a better quality job. The valve and trim kit cost $200 at the local hardware store so the total job was only $685!! great job Jay.

I called and talked to Jay about my plumbing needs (leak under kitchen sink, install new faucet/soap dispenser, and fix outdoor faucet needing a handle). He was able to squeeze us into his schedule and returned the next day to do the work. Jay and his crew were efficient and had us back in business. So glad to have the kitchen sink back in use. This review is long overdue as we have been using Paramount Plumbing for years. We have had him come out and snake toilets, reroute pipes when we had a hot water leak, replace toilets that were outdated. Replace kitchen sink pipes and more. Jay is honest, straightforward, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Been working with Jay at Paramount for many years. Over the past month we've had numerous problems hit one after another: kitchen faucet, disposal, water heater (tankless). As usual, he's out here on time & gets the job DONE! He's working with me to get the correct tankless water heater for our home and situation. Highly recommended

Jay was very professional , knowledgeable, good listener and very friendly. He fixed our. Water leakage problem, rerouted hot water line from water heater to kitchen sink. Very reliable. I would also like to mention how amazing his assistant Ed and helper Buddy. What a great team work,

I have several older homes and trust J regularly to move plumbing, clean drains, and install new fixtures. He is available via text and phone and always responds promptly. He keeps in touch about his timing and it is not a rescheduling circus like with some of my other contractors.
