Brian came out and replaced my disposal and fixed my leaking pipes under the sink. He was very professional and friendly. The receptionist was very pleasant as well. Great work and very reasonably priced. Would use them again without a question.

My experience with Paramount has been nothing but extremely positive! Both times they were called, Brian was able to quickly and effectively fix two different problems. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I've used Paramount several times over the years and they've been great each time. Most recently we had Brian come out to run a new gas line for our dryer. After we moved in, Brian came back and got it hooked up for us. Kind and courteous each time.

Driver of the van #39 cut me off for doing the posted speed limit of 35 mph in Barberton. Apparently he was running late. The driver pulled in front of me almost hitting my vehicle then slowed down and kept brake checking me. EXTREMELY unprofessional! I know I'll never trust a company that hires people who are like this! If they will do this to someone random, what will they do to their customers?

Had Paramount Plumbing out for a warranty repair on my hot water tank. A few weeks later I noticed that it was not heating as well and there was a strong odor of gas from the tank. Called to have them back out to investigate, they told me it would be a week before they could get out. Had to have another plumber fix the gas leak, which would have been caused by disconnecting that hose and not retightening, which was done by Paramount when they cleaned the burner assembly. Called them back to let then know, was told the owner would be notified. Apparently they do not care, as I have heard nothing back from them. Will never use them again and will advise others to stay away!

I contacted Paramonut about doing some small jobs for me. They were very prompt in scheduling my service. Brian came out and repaired 2 faucets, installed a new faucet. Repaired a leak under the kitchen sink that was caused by another plumber when he installed our new dishwasher, repaired a shower, and installed a new overflow tank for our hot water tank. Brian couldn't do all the repairs in one day, so a return appointment was scheduled with Brian coming to complete the service. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He didn't make any mess. This company not only did great service, it was very reasonable in price as well. i highly reccomend them for your plumbing needs. I will be calling them for my future needs.

Jim came and gave us real information for our tankless hot water heater. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Our quote came in very reasonable and they are local business. When you call the office they answer the phone and very considerate. Communication by email is also very punctual. Install day - two plumbers came in on time and very professional attitude. Finished the job on time as they described to me before. They left us good information about maintenance parts of the tankless hot water heater and left our basement without any trash. Thank you paramount we will call you again for maintenance and other services. Highly recommend their services. We will consider them for our future construction n bathroom remodel. Thanks.

They've been out to our house a couple of times now for repairs. They've done a great job both times. Fair prices, courteous employees, and Kim has been very accommodating with our busy life and making schedules match up.

Brian from Paramount Plumbing came out to fix our cracked outside spigot. He was professional, fast and quality of work was awesome. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs. Great work!

This company gave me a quote of 1500.00 to install a utility sink in my garage. I reached out to another company which did a fantastic job for 500.00. I guess their to busy for small jobs.

They roughed in a full bath in my basement. Everyone I worked with was friendly. They were on time, communicated well and cleaned up after they worked. Very happy with their service.
