My water company tells me I have leak in my main water line, just before New Year eve. My neighbors recommended them, after doing extended work on their property. Called Paragon and the lady on the phone was polite and understanding. The inspector, "Cody" came out and determined where the likely area the leak was occurring. They called Blue stake and determined where the lines located. Within two days their crew, of two, was on site and trenching for the new line. Amazing work that was done in a day and half. 300' of water line, three shut off valves, and frost free spigot repaired or replaced. Very pleased! Minimal intrusion and they cleaned up the area very well. Their estimated amount for the work they did was in line with what I expected. Exceedingly polite and respectful. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible work and customer service. The price was very good considering the scope of work done on our bathroom shower. All times and quotes were exactly what was agreed upon and I was blown away , quite frankly. Highly suggested.

As a custom home builder, Paragon Plumbing has been a great company to work with. They work hard to make sure each job is done properly for us as well as out clients. They stand behind their products and work. We have worked with them for the last 6 years and plan to continue!

After doing business with Paragon Plumbing for over 20 years, after new ownership took over a few years back, this business is not recommended for services. The new owner lacks quality customer service skill, in that he doesn't take his customer needs and/or complaints, seriously. Upon the first mishap with new ownership, an employee was sent out to a customer who was paying over $1,600 for a new hot water heater and installation, and while the employee was doing the installation, he received payment with a credit card, went out to his vehicle and took a photo of the customer's credit card, and one month later, there were 3 additional and "personal" credit card charges to the customer's account. When the customer called Paragon Plumbing to inform them of the issue and complain, the customer was told, "Oh, he quit." However, nothing was ever done to ensure customer satisfaction, not even an apology. Later on, the same customer would call for another service from Paragon Plumbing, where the plumber looked at a bathtub faucet for approximately 60 seconds, and then never really accessed the problem or fixed it, but, still, the customer was told they needed to render payment for the $169 service call fee. And again, months later, the same customer would call Paragon Plumbing to have a new toilet seat put on in their home bathroom, and was told that Paragon Plumbing would not render the service to them. This business establishment should not be trusted. Please report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for not abiding by their agreements and for allowing theft of their customers to take place without repercussions or satisfaction of the customer's service.

You know that feeling when you finally find a car mechanic that treats you great, charges you fairly and you have the confidence that it was done right? Now you have that in a plumber! Andy from Paragon. My case is that I had a plumber come out (cause they put the pluming in my house when built) and detect what was wrong. They had no idea and just guessed. I just felt uncomfortable. So i had heard about Paragon and called Andy. They came out and detected a slab leak and proceeded to fix such leak and the gentleman that the team consist of were professional and caring to my situation. You now have a plumber that you will feel confident recommending to your neighbours.

Steve and Corey just left our house to identify our water pressure issues. They were extremely nice gentlemen. Steve explained that our pressure regulator was failing and needed to be replaced. He even showed my the psi on his gauge. He had the part and they quickly installed it. Like night and day I'm telling you!! We have amazing pressure now and he charged a very reasonable amount. Highly recommend 👍

Steve and Robert just left my house after installing a new water heater. A quick and simple process for those who know what they're doing. They were efficient and friendly, and the price was as quoted on the phone with their office beforehand. Paragon will be my plumber from now on.

Josh showed up on time and was extremely professional. He replaced 2 hose bibs, installed a 3rd hose bib and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was efficient and we are quite pleased with his work and Paragon Plumbing as a company. I would highly recommend this company.

Garth is our hero! He came out after a different company literally gave up on fixing our two broken showers. He was able to repair what we were told was “un-fixable” AND was friendly, professional and CLEAN! Thank you!!
