Panther City Plumbing

Panther City Plumbing has been out and worked on my home 3 separate times, Slab leak, sewer line issues and this last time a gas water heater replacement (attic). All three service calls were done same day, reasonable price and stellar service! I can’t say enough positive things about this company and how they treat their customers! Plumbers are one of those trades that once you find a good, trustworthy, reliable one you don’t need another one… Panther City Plumbing is that company!

Their services came highly recommended from others in the neighborhood. They were right. I received a quick response when I requested a service call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. They arrived in time and worked quickly to replace the old parts. I will be using them for any future needs and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Panther City Plumbing is a five star company. Their customer service was very tentative and got me in the schedule right away. The technician that came to complete the repair was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. I would recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

We have been using Panther City Plumbing for a few years now, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. They’ve handled everything for us, from small routine jobs to large, complex under-foundation projects. The biggest thing for us is the trust they’ve earned. We never feel like they are trying to upsell us; they are incredibly honest about what is a critical fix versus what can wait. It is rare to find a company that prioritizes the customer's best interest over a quick paycheck. Isaac, Casey, and Jonathan have all been fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough great things about Panther City Plumbing. Our plumbing backed up late in the evening. I was prepared to call multiple plumbing companies until I was lucky enough to find one open, but it only took one call. I filled out the form online and before I could even get to the second company's website, I was setting up my appointment for my repairs with Panther City Plumbing. The constant communication was incredible, the repairs were done the very next morning and Jessica and Isaac made this the easiest service call I have ever made. If you have a plumbing issue, scrap all the other numbers and add Panther City Plumbing to your contacts.

Bought my house last August, kept the old "pool guy", he talked a big game, but didn't deliver what we felt was a good product. We've been with Panther City for two weeks and can honestly say that their service is OUTSTANDING. From how they speak and conduct business with customers, to their knowledge of pools and systems, and the clarity and cleanliness of our water they are miles beyond any other service company in any other location!!! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone with a pool, don't waste any more time, you've found the guys that will take care of you!!!

Panther City Plumbing absolutely came through for me during an emergency. I had a leaking water line outside during freezing weather and they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. They were honest, professional, and efficient, explained what was going on clearly, and provided estimates with no hassle. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. If you’re in Fort Worth and need a plumber you can trust especially for urgent or complicated issues I highly recommend Panther City Plumbing.

I dont think I will ever use another plumbing company as long as I live in Fort Worth! I've used Panther City Plumbing four times now, and each instance has surpassed all of my expectations. They are quick to communicate with me, organized, kept me in the loop on the plumbers location and arrival, and were quick with the repairs. They were also much more reasonably priced than I expected. They have always felt fair and honest, and I've never gotten any "upselling" vibes from them. Great experiences every time. Thanks y’all!

We had a water leak that we thought had been resolved after a different company came out and “fixed” our toilet. Turns out, that’s was not our source for the leak, so we called Panther City Plumbing for a new set of eyes. Austin was very professional, timely, and considerate. He explained the situation (the leak was actually coming from the pipe in our wall) and process well, which allowed us to make the best decision. Additionally, booking was easy, and I appreciated the text updates! Overall great (and quick!) experience!

Thanks to Panther City Plumbing. Would recommend. We had a water heater bust in the garage and needed fast attention. Panther was out before 9am on an 8am call. They accessed and gave estimates fast. Although it was more expensive than I had imagined, it seemed fair and accurate for the service. They were back out before 12pm to repair that same day. New water heater was installed and we were wrapped up before 2pm. Great, fast service. Austin was very nice and trustworthy. Thank you again for being so efficient

I have used Panther City Plumbing twice now. This time was for a slab leak which is never a small job but the quote was reasonable. Well the not small job got a little bigger which can happen with any project. Despite this the quoted price was never exceeded it was actually reduced because of the project growing more then planned, taking longer than expected, and not being to Isaac's (the owners) standards . I wouldn't use or recommend any plumbing service besides Panther City.

We switched to Panther City Pools for our weekly service a couple of months ago and could not be happier with their service. It is obvious that they take pride in the work they and are great communicators. During the cold snaps, they provided contact information in case we had any problems that couldn't wait until the following week's appointment. I have had others in the past that would 'get the job done' but not with the pride and attentiveness that these guys provide.

Highly recommended. Not only are they on time, do good/thorough work, respond quickly to inquiries, and send detailed invoices but they genuinely care for their customers. I recently lost my father and they sent my family a sympathy gift. It was that little gesture that made me feel truly cared about after spending a day making funeral arrangements. It wasn't the gift itself, but it was the gesture that impacted me the most. I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind the gift.

We have taken care of our pool for years. After reading so many recommendations on the Keller Neighborly Facebook page and other reviews we reached out to Panther City for a quote. Not only did they respond quickly to us but the services they provide are amazing for the monthly price! Plus the minute they are done they send an email with pictures and every detail of what they did. We find them professional, efficient and very good at their job and with communication!

They were awesome!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work. It’s hard to find someone who is both honest and skilled. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was completed without headache and clean. I highly recommend Austin Villarreal and Panther City Plumbing! (He was super sweet to my dogs too… my dogs have a good sense of character and didn’t bark at him once.)
