I cannot recommend this team enough! John showed up the same day on very short notice to remove two of my hot water heaters so I could get some drywall repairs done behind them. Beyond being incredibly fast and reliable, he offered great free advice and was extremely polite and personable throughout the entire process. It is rare to find such professional and friendly service these days. I will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Pamela Plumbing came through when we had a major leak with our garbagedisposal. Super professional crew showed up right on time, assessed everything quickly, and fixed it with real expertise—no mess left behind. Highly recommend, they've got my business for good.

Pamela’s plumbing is the best! They are an honest company. I was told by another plumber that my pipe was collapsed and had to be dug up and Pamela’s plumbing technician fixed the clog in no time. I called Pamela’s plumbing for a 2nd opinion because if their good ratings on Nextdoor and I’m so glad that I did. John is excellent!

On April 1st, 2026, I had a 40 gallon water heater burst in my home. I contacted my home warranty company, American Home Shield, paid my $100, and on April 2nd, the assigned plumbing company, Pamela’s Plumbing arrived to assess. It took the plumber minutes to diagnose the situation, and place the fault the failure of the water heater on age, and high water pressure.

Mid-April, I was contacted by Pamelas Plumbing, being told that they finally had my new water heater, and wanted to put me on the schedule. My only availability, is in the morning. I have expressed this clearly to the dispatcher, every time we have spoken.

The dispatcher put me on the schedule for the morning arrival window for April 21st. No one showed up for the scheduled appointment, nor did anyone call me to tell me that they would not be arriving. I called them, and was told that “811 is dragging their feet”, and that my lawn had to be marked for utility line(s) because they would have to dig into it, to install a pressure valve.

A couple days later, miraculously, someone arrived to mark up my lawn. I have no evidence of it, but I have a suspicion that Pamelas just forgot to ensure that procedure done in advance, despite the knowledge it needed to be done, for three whole weeks, prior to this appointment.

Someone notified Pamelas that my yard was finally marked, and without speaking to me, I was scheduled to Monday, April 27th, between 1pm and 5pm, via voicemail. Despite the previous conversations that I am not available in the afternoons.

I called them first thing Monday April 27th, to yet again tell the same person, that I am NOT available in the afternoon. So I was rescheduled to the Morning of Friday, May 1st.

the morning came and went, and no one to called me to let me know they would not be showing up on time, or at all for that matter. No one answered their phone on the morning of my scheduled appointment, that they failed to show up for. Not even my home warranty company could get a hold of them, until much later in the afternoon. After repeated calling from both myself and my home warranty company, I was finally able to get the same woman that I had spoken too many times over the past month on the phone at around 1:30pm. So once again, stated that based on our previous discussion on Monday, I was only available in the mornings. I must remind you that this is same person that I spoke to on Monday, who said she understood, and who said that she would have me scheduled for the morning. Then today, she started trying to get me to say that I was refusing their services. When I told her not to put words in my mouth, she then assured me that someone would be out today, and that she would call me back to let me know when. She never called back and no one ever showed up, plus my calls go straight to voicemail now. As of now, my home warranty company, has reassigned the job to another vendor, because apparently all Pamelas plumbing is good for, is wasting peoples time and placing blame anywhere but on themselves, while their customers have to suffer for as long as an entire month with no hot water. So, unless you too want to hear lots of excuses, be ignored, and experience a complete lack of customer service, I advise that find yourself ANY other plumbing company in the area. It won’t be too hard to beat the substandard service that you will absolutely receive from Pamelas Plumbing. ***update in response to their response, where of course, they try to alleviate themselves of all responsibilities in regard to their lack of customer service. I was never offered a Saturday appointment, nor was I told that they only do PRV installations on the afternoon, until the afternoon of May 1st, when I finally got someone on the phone. Then they accuse me of being a difficult customer, because I need work to be done on literally any given morning, during the business week? Never heard of such a thing, but sure, whatever you have to tell yourself.***

We had to have the plumbing in our bathroom reconnected. It took the guy they sent about 10 trips to get done and then our sink wouldn't drain. They finally sent a different Plumber and he fixed that issue. The first Plumber really shouldn't be a Plumber. After a little over a month I had to go under the house and the drain to our toilet was leaking. We called them and they said it had been over a month and they only guarantee their work for 30 days. It was obvious that the first Plumber didn't do it properly, but they would only fix it with a new charge. How were we suppose to know something was leaking out of the drain for the toilet. We had already paid them over 3000 dollars. This was after their first estimate of 750 dollars. I do not recommend them. They do not stand by their work and send people out that know nothing about plumbing. Use them at your own risk.
