Josh was amazing! We weren’t prepared for the job with the wrong sink and Josh was very helpful with helping us sort it out. We also couldn’t find the water shut off in our yard which made him have to come out several times but he hasn’t shown any frustration with us even though we were totally unprepared. Thanks for being so nice to the noobs

I had an outstanding experience with Palmetto Plumbing and Drain when they installed my new toilet. They arrived right on time and were beyond professional from start to finish. We ran into some unexpected issues due to some gnarly root intrusion, which could have easily turned into a stressful situation. But huge shout out to Steve for sticking with the job and seeing it through without cutting corners. His patience was unmatched, and he came fully prepared with the right tools and parts ready to go. Despite the complications, Steve delivered a flawless installation. His expertise and dedication really showed, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. Because of Steve, I’d give Palmetto Plumbing and Drain 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Emergencies always seem to happen on the weekend. Ours happened on Super Bowl Sunday and was a main water line issue flooding the area. Stephen from Palmetto Plumbing saved us. He arrived quickly and went right to work on the issue. He was efficient and an expert in the issue and the fix made our connectors stronger than the originals so this doesn’t happen again. He was also very personable and a pleasure to work with even though we interrupted his Sunday! The price was also very reasonable. We highly recommend their services.

I called Palmetto Plumbing on a holiday weekend Saturday night around 11PM with a plumbing emergency. Stephen arrived at my home quickly after the call was placed. He was very kind, professional and thorough. Prior to calling Palmetto Plumbing, I had tried all the big name companies in the area (Limric, Blitch, Fix-It 24/7, C&C Myers) who claim to offer “emergency after hours and 24/7 emergency calls” but was told either they did not have anyone available and could not come until Monday. I would highly recommend them as a fair and reliable local family owned business who actually did provide emergency call service.

I just had Palmetto Plumbing put in a new toilet for me, after a couple other unreliable plumbers failed to. As I run a business too, I know how difficult it is. So I appreciate their stellar service that much more. They were as punctual as possible, knowledgeable, tidy, efficient and courteous! I am glad I happened to find and follow up with them on this matter :)
