Todd from Pacific Plumbing Systems was responsive, prepared, thorough, friendly. The company seems to havegood employee retention, I've noticed - always a good sign.

Service was excellent. I have filed them away for any future problems. I strongly recommend Pacific Plumbing Systems.

On time polite and knowledgeable. Todd answered all my questions and gave me some good advice.

Watch out for there extra $49 fee for going to Fremont, Dublin, Pleasanton and parts of Contra Costa County they lead you to believe it won't be charged if they do the job then they charge you for it. My personal opinion for this company is you can't trust them.

Awful experience. If I ever have someone talk to my partner like the plumber spoke to her, I don't know what I'd do. He fixed the link but he was a prick. Also, $155.00 for 20 minutes is one hell of an hourly rate. Very very disappointed.

I had root from one of my trees that took out the main water supply to my home in Livermore. I called a couple people and I was recommended to Ron at Pacific Plumbing. Ron said he would be there at 4:00 to see the damage and at 3:55 he was at my house. Ron accessed the damage and said he would email me an estimate my 4:30 and by 4:30 I had my estimate for what I felt was a competitive price. Ron also said he could move things around to get it repaired the next morning. I agreed and Ron said he would have someone there at 9:00 to start the job. Promptly at 9:00 Julio was there to start the job. He told me what was going to happen and how long the water would be off. Julio put out tarps so where he dug into my yard and lawn there would not be a mess. I expected that there would be torn up lawn and a big mess to clean up afterwards (because I started it and its a messy job) but there was not. Julio took great care in putting my lawn back in place and cleaning up the hole that was dug to get to the broken pipe. I was extremely impressed. I had two leaky hose bibs (one in my front yard and one in my back yard) for a long time and thought I might get that fixed so it can last at least a few more decades. So for the sake of good quality install, I contacted Pacific plumbing systems on Diamond certified website. Blake from the company got back to be very quickly and helped schedule a visit from Todd their plumbing expert to come by. Todd came by and said that he would need to cut the old hose bibs off and connect new ones in and estimated time for labor to give an estimate of the cost. We were able to use their senior discount rate since we have two individuals over 60 in the household, which was nice. The fix was scheduled for another day and Todd came by again and spent a couple of hours on the job. My back hose bib removal and install seemed a bit challenging but Todd was able to get the job done. Final work looks great. No more annoying leaks. Overall, price was this seemed nominal and work wise it was very well done. I am very satisfied. Thank you Todd.

We finally decided to replace our 70 year old cast iron drain pipes. We contacted several plumbers for proposals. Pacific Plumbing Systems provided us with a detailed quote with several options. We worked with Blake to fine tune the quote. Blake was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. What differentiated Pacific from the other companies was Jesus who did the initial inspection. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. He offered suggestions and knew his stuff. He instilled the most confidence out of all the plumbing companies we contacted. The crew arrived on time and worked hard. Each of the crew members was very professional. The guys all deserve five stars based on the quality of their work. Thank you Jesus, Duane, Bob, Bryce and Anthony. I whole heartedly recommend Pacific Plumbing Systems. You will not regret hiring them.

I had an appointment today between 12-2pm. I saw them drive by at 1:50 pm, so I went to lock the dogs in the house and went to front yard and they were gone. I waited til 2 pm and called. The lady on the phone informed me they had the wrong address. I asked why they did not call me? She said they did. I said no. I have no missed calls. She repeats the house address and phone and its wrong completely. She attempted to call the truck and said they could not return due now they had a new customer at 2pm during my slotted time. Then asked do you want to re-schedule or FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER? What kind of response is this for a Diamond Certified Company. I took the day off for this! I called another plumber and they laughed and said they knew who this was that flaked. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY

A leaking shower drain that was fixed by Pacific Plumbing Systems almost a year ago started leaking again. To their great credit, Pacific Plumbing quickly looked up and verified this information. They sent out a plumber who worked for almost an hour (it was a difficult to access the parts under the shower) to fix the leak. I was not charged at all for the labor or the parts in this case. As I was looking at the reviews, I saw the concern about Pacific Plumbing Systems accreditation with the BBB. I looked it up myself - and found that they've been accredited since 4/24/2014 and do have an A+. I don't know what was happening before 4/24 - but its "good" now. I like that Pacific Systems is Diamond Certified. This is how I originally found and chose them. I'll definitely use them again.

I have used these guys for the last 3 years now and feel compelled to write a review. They have done a range of jobs for me on both residential and commercial projects. From major renovations requiring repiping and relocating entire homes with old iron pipes to copper piping, commercial ADA restrooms, and small jobs (leaky faucets, etc), Pacific Plumbing Systems has been great. They are always punctual, stay true to their estimates, and most importantly, stand by their work and are prompt with their replies and any necessary follow up visits. Most people do not use a plumber often, and don't understand what is good service and fair charges. As someone who has tried many plumbers over the years for both personal and business use, trust that these guys are the real deal.

I called pacific plumbing as one of the hot water pipes around my house was leaking. I already knew that the leak was inside the slab foundation and I told that to them when I called them for an appointment. However, when they sent the plumber in, the person literally spent 2 minutes and said that he cannot do an estimate for me. He said that I need to call some other leak detection specialist before pacific plumbing can even provide an estimate. Worst of all, he tried to charge me $98 in "travel" and "diagnosis" fees without even giving me a quote!!! I would suggest that you stay as far away from these guys as possible. They will nickel and dime you, they don't seem have competent technicians, and they don't seem to care about customer experience at all.

I called Pacific Plumbing Systems to inquire about having 2 outdoor faucets replaced and have my water heater checked out for a safety issue. They sent a Service Technician, Todd, out the next day to evaluate what needed to be done. Todd was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done in detail, and scheduled an appointment to come back and do the work 2 days later. All the material needed for the job was on his truck, he completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up when done. Todd even pointed out that I didn't have an earthquake shut-off valve on my gas line and installed that as well. I would recommend Pacific Plumbing, and Todd, to anyone who is looking for good quality workmanship. They gave me a senior discount as well.

I had a backed up kitchen sink and went with a Diamond Certified company. Alfonso came out, took one look at our jenky drain assembly, and said it should be replaced. Agreed - a fool (me) built the original one, and it's been a constant headache. I've had 3 plumbers out from another company, and never once has anyone suggested replacing my embarrassment. After clearing the clog and rebuilding the drain assembly, I now have a marvelous working drain. Everything works like it should, and no more yuck coming up from the dishwasher. I appreciate Alfonso's work, his attention to detail, and professionalism. I highly recommend this plumber and will use Pacific Plumbing Systems again and again.

It took 5 days and 1 rescheduling (I believed them -- a plumber was injured and had an ER visit) but I'd been calling around for days so I decided to stick with Pacific. I'm glad I did. I'd been defeated for 2.5 days of weekend homeowner attempt to move a 1/2 inch copper line and in the process, I cut a line and couldn't get it resoldered. The technician arrived on time, was polite, helpful, didn't whine about me causing the problem and did an expert repair, going the extra mile to secure the line and tidy up. The bill was very fair and definitely worth the cost. In Oakland, getting a plumber to respond will take some time -- they're all busy. But these guys were worth the wait.
