I have a new plumber! Kevin and his friendly skilled crew installed a gas line for us, and we are delighted with their work, professionalism, and courtesy. They even came out a second time at no charge to make some adjustments when, due to no fault of theirs, my new appliance didn’t fit well with the stub. That’s what I call going the extra mile, and it has earned my loyalty. Wonderful local family-owned business. Highly recommend.

We woke up one morning to water on our downstairs bathroom vanity. Discovered a leaking toilet drain upstairs to be the culprit. PAC West Plumbing sent Caleb out and he was able to remake the drain pipe that connects our upstairs toilet to the old cast iron drain pipe. Caleb showed up right on time and he was super friendly, professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend PAC West plumbing to any of my friends and family! Josh and Max were both efficient and professional young men. They were here on time and took the time to explain how to operate my new gas hot water heater in the event of outage and how to drain the unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Robyn should also be complemented on her service and follow thru. Great company

FANTASTIC customer service, from my initial call, to Robin promptly returning my call to Josh coming out the very same day- incredibly professional; Josh wore a mask and put booties on before entering the house and was clear and concise on what he would be doing to address my clogged bathroom sink.
