⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Mark! Mark came out to our business to change our filters, and he went above and beyond! Without being asked, he took the time to wipe down all of our vents—which had about 4–5 years’ worth of dust built up. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to see that kind of care and attention to detail these days. We truly appreciate the excellent service and wanted to make sure someone knows what a great job Mark did. Five stars all the way!

Cannot say enough about how pleased we were with both the installation and the 2 young professionals (Angel and Brian) who did the work. They were on time, very respectful of our property and handled a small glitch well ( needed gravel for leveling). As the work day ended there was no evidence of trying to hurry for a finish at the expense of quality. They were very happy to detail everything about our new furnace/AC unit and also the thermostat. Kudos also to David Paris who first prepared several options to buy to replace our ancient unit. He knew his products well and provided all the details we needed for our decision. He also gave us 3 product bids at our initial meeting which was VERY convenient. We heartily recommend Proctor and Graves for both service and products!!

Our 14 year old packaged unit needed to be replaced and we got 4 different quotes. All 4 companies seemed competent and professional, but P&G stood out with the professionalism, quality of the American Standard equipment they proposed, and the price compared to the other companies. We are very happy with our choice start to finish. When asked them to do the work the exceeded our expectations. They were on time, fast, very professional and friendly, and did excellent work. They cleaned up after the work and didn't really make a mess of things in the process. They truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them to others with no hesitations or "buts." Thank you P&G for an awesome job at a very fair price!

P&G was able to get to my house the same day I contacted them, and their technician, Ben, was extremely nice and very professional. He helped me diagnose the issue that caused my water bill to spike, which was a repair I could make myself. He was even nice enough to give me some tips to ensure the best repair and other ways to improve the water quality in my home! I even received a follow up call the next day to ensure I was happy with the service and to thank me for my business. Great company, and I will gladly call them again for any future needs!

I have used P&G many times for various plumbing issues and once again I received great service! Ben Deane came out today for faucet issues and was very polite and knowledgeable. He provided ideas on fixing the issue that will save money on the long run should we need additional repairs. Ben was very quick on getting the repairs completed and everything looked great!
