We highly recommend Owens Plumbing. Brendan came to our rescue when we had a septic emergency. You don't realize how much you take for granted the simple things like running water and functioning plumbing! Thankfully, this company was super responsive and he and his team worked long hours to get our system replaced. Quality work, nice people, very informative & fair pricing. We are so grateful!!!

Brendan Owens of Owens Plumbing has completed many jobs at our home: Replaced the pipes/plumbing for entire home, replaced kitchen and bath faucets, replaced our water heater with a tankless, and has installed multiple appliances. Didn’t call back twice when they said they would and cancelled on me 3 times! I’m looking elsewhere for a company who actually values their customers and their time.

I used Owens Plumbing for some work at my place. They came and looked over the job and parts I had and gave me a 'ballpark' quote of $800-$1000 and told me they'd send a quote via email. I never received the quote, but accepted the 'ballpark' range he provided. He showed up and completed the work and took off, although left his two sons behind to finish up. An invoice showed up via text for 80% MORE than what the max ballpark was. I could not believe the increase!! When we questioned him, we were told the parts were more expensive then he thought. There were no parts. a PEK line ( 50 feet is only $36 at H.D.), and a few couplings, maybe a 2 ft section of copper. Not $800 worth... $100 if I'm being generous. He gave us a 'discount' of $200 to get it down some, but it was ridiculous. I have a lot more work I was going to have done, but not by them. I am appalled at the price he left us with. Never again. Get it in writing!!!

I would strongly advise against hiring Owen’s Plumbing. I was charged $1,250 and my original issue was never actually fixed. The only work they completed was replacing a pressure regulator valve and an isolation valve—and at this point, I have no confidence I even needed those. Meanwhile, the leak I originally called about is still unresolved. The communication was abysmal. I had to chase them down for every update, was repeatedly told they would show up and didn’t, and never once received a callback from the owner despite multiple requests. Getting any kind of response felt like pulling teeth. Professionalism was essentially nonexistent. The person answering the phone openly admitted she “doesn’t understand plumbing,” which raises serious questions about how this business is even being run. They also cut into my garage drywall without informing me that I would be responsible for the repair, leaving me to deal with the damage on my own. At the end of the day, I paid $1,250 for a problem that wasn’t fixed, unnecessary work I didn’t ask for, and a month of frustration. I would not trust them to diagnose—let alone repair—anything correctly.

We highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing! We just moved to Sacramento, leaving behind all of our trusted repair people who we had built relationships with over years. Moving into our new house here in Sacramento, we immediately had need of a plumber and were lucky enough to have someone recommend Daniel's Plumbing. He sent someone right out when our garbage disposal stopped working. Steve & Todd worked quickly and were very friendly and communicated with us clearly what was going on. Then a week later our drain backed up while running the washer and Daniel himself came out right away and diagnosed the problem and scheduled to do the job of replacing the original rusted, cast iron drain pipes with new pipes the next day. He charged us a more than reasonable price and had the job done in a day and made sure we were not inconvenienced. Daniel and his crew are definitely people you feel you can trust and who really know what they are doing.

When my grandmother passed away, her house was in serious disrepair. There were issues in the kitchen, bathroom and there was an issue with the clean-out. I found a receipt from Daniel's and called to see if he could help...on a Saturday...in the rain...while he and his crew were working a much bigger (and more valuable) job. The clean-out turns out to be more than 100 feet from the county clean out and is no longer code; he only had a 100-foot snake with him, so it was take a risk or pay 3x to 4x the price. I took the risk, and it paid off. he cleaned the blockage, then proceeded to help me finish putting in the garbage disposal for no charge (yeah, it took him 10 minutes, but it was nice to have the help). I used to miss that level of help, service, price, and pride in their job; Daniel's Plumbing has all that, and reasonable flat and per-hour rates.

We have used Brendan (owner of Owens Plumbing) a handful of times over the last couple of years (our house was built in 1982 and has 4 bathrooms so lots of potential for leaks/etc). Brendan always responds promptly and does whatever he can to squeeze us into his schedule, even on a whim. He is reliable, knowledgeable and stays on schedule for projected completion dates. His prices are fair and the quality and expertise he offers are unrivaled. He and his team are not only professional but also personable. He recently completed putting a French drain/sump pump system into our basement/garage for us to solve a flooding issue, and he has fixed our water heater, dealt with a well pump issue and more. If you have a plumbing need, don’t hesitate to use Owens Plumbing.

Well, they did it again. What an excellent company to deal with. I am the caretaker and FYI, I called 2 others just to show the owner that I did my due diligence. I was having water heater problems. As usual, Brendan returned my call within 30min., did not mess around saying blah, blah blah, just told me he would be here, check out the situation and let me know. Well he showed up, looked at my water heater and told me what needed to be done. An hour later I had my estimate with a few other options. It's getting long already and I could go on and on. Brendan and Kelly deserve more than 5 stars. As an old guy, I am so impressed and happy that a business still takes customer service very seriously. Thank you Brendan and Kelly !!!

Brendan gave me a very fair quote for some work I needed done to convert my concrete cure room into a full moisture room for my concrete cylinders I test in my Materials testing lab. I was given a few other quotes and they were outrageous ! I feel like as soon as the other guys heard that the work was being done to a laboratory they figured they could gouge us financially . With Brendan it was total opposite he looked at the work that needed to be done simply as some plumbing and electrical work with a bit of customization . If you ever need any kind of work done around your house or business you can trust that any work done by the Owens will be done correctly and still be honest and fair in price.

Had a leaking bathroom faucet, called Daniels cause I saw his van on the road. The cartridge on the valve stem needed to be replaced. It was so corroded he couldn't take it apart. He tried taking the stem out heating it and still no success. He recommended getting a new faucet. He put it all back and no charge after one hour. He also said he would discount the install on a new faucet. I bought a new faucet and he charged me the $154 discounted install charge and I had him unscrew a bathtub drain while he was there. Took him 10 minutes but no charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Daniel.

Had do 2 different jobs at different times. It all started well with him answering the phone, came out right away and fixed the issues. Had problems with last job of dripping bathtub faucet. Changed it a couple times and still had drips. Said he’d come back with another cartridge and snake my drain. Never came back, did not return numerous calls to cell or office or return texts, 2 neighbors also did not get return calls for service. Not sure what happened. I have no paperwork for the parts bought to call Delta to tell them their faucet drips and prove any warranty.

I'm fan of Daniel's Plumbing! Fixed my second pinhole leak for half the price of the first guy and did the repair from the attic so I didn't have a ceiling drywall repair in addition to the pipe repair. AND he arrived at 5:30pm "so it doesn't leak all night and cause more damage". I trust him implicitly! He's a solid family man. I called him because I drive past his house regularly in the late afternoon and see his truck in the driveway and him holding his baby and watching his toddler, giving his wife a much needed break at the end of the day. Good man!

I wanted a consultation on some possible preventative changes to my supply lines into my home. Daniel came, inspected everything for safety and efficiency, and recommended against any replacement. He answered questions I had, was professional and helpful, and although I was not going to hire him to do any changes, he charged me nothing for the visit. He has been highly recommended by a neighbor of mine, and I have already sent his name to a few of my friends who like to have handy the names of qualified and helpful professionals.
