Highly recommend! Ask for Rick, he’s the best! I had a leak coming through my ceiling and he quickly figured out the issue and repaired it. He even helped me solution an issue I’ve had with my pipes freezing for 4 years!

Great customer service and very friendly and know what they’re doing when it comes to satisfaction of service for customers! Team they worked great together and explained everything to the point and truly didn’t mind me asking questions! I love those type of worker because inspite of they’re busy schedule and on top of staying focus on the job they took time out to explain to me why heating element wasn’t working properly! Anna and Matt Biggs are the best. I would entrust a major plumbing deal with this company. Anna and Matt are very knowledgeable. The two have empathy for the situation one may encounter. The two most certainly place my mind at ease. I would most certainly recommend this company. High Quality service.

They advertise emergency services, however, I called on a Sunday afternoon and was told they do no such thing. They wouldn't be able to assess the issue until Tuesday. If I could wait until Tuesday I wouldn't be calling for emergency services. Disappointing and frustrating!

We used this company once and LOVED Jared and all his hard work, I told everyone about them! So naturally we called them a second time when we had a clog and they came back to help us. They couldn’t find the problem and went from “it’s something but we don’t know” to $10,000 and busting up my garage floor way too fast for my liking! We got a second opinion and the new company was here worked super hard, tried all the things, and found and fixed the clog in the FRONT YARD, not under the garage floor. When I called the office to chat about it all the office person was so rude and told me the only thing she could do was to have the tech call me and apologize….which would be the most uncomfortable thing ever!! Will never use or recommend this company again. Highly disappointed!

The work was good and everyone’s been super friendly, but when they did my sewer line replacement, they ran out of light and said they would be coming back the next week to finish the rough grade once the dirt dries out some (then again in 3 months once it settles). This was done in February - it’s almost April and I still can’t get anyone out to finish the rough grade. I have made several phone calls, had to remind them of the incomplete work, and even had an appointment scheduled for today…but they still haven’t come back. My yard is an unusable, ugly mess of a dirt heap - I can’t seed anything for the spring, dirt and dust flies around everywhere on the dry days, and it’s a horrible muddy mess if it’s raining. EDIT 3/27: Updating to clarify that they did finally come back out today to complete the grading and it looks worlds better. I’m frustrated that it took over a month of back-and-forth to get it sorted, but the job finally was done and I would likely use Overflow again for plumbing needs.

5 Stars – Great Customer Service and Follow-Up I recently had Overflow Services replace a leaky garden bib at the back of my house. The work itself appeared to be done well, but I had some concerns about the number of coupling transitions used—copper to PEX to 90 degree bronze fitting, then back to PEX and copper again. I called the company the next day and spoke with Katye, who was very responsive and immediately scheduled a visit from their supervisor, Matt, that same evening. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the work, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided a clear, detailed explanation that completely put me at ease. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work and takes customer concerns seriously. I really appreciated the professional and respectful approach from both Katye and Matt. Would definitely recommend Overflow Services based on this experience.

Matt, with Overflow, helped identify a very hard to pinpoint problem with a sewer smell in my house. He listened to me, came up with a plan and a price for Plan A and Plan B. Then, they came and did the work and came in under the price that he was thinking it might be! How often does that happen? The only thing I can say that wasn’t perfect is how when the job was finished the baseboards weren’t put back where they had been taken off. In Matt’s defense, he did say that he would come back over, with his nail gun, and install them properly. I told him he didn’t have to do that because we could do that ourselves…except we haven’t yet and they are still laying there. Looks like I should have taken him up on that offer after all!!! All in all, they were great to work with, easy to contact and the best part of all is my house doesn’t stink at all anymore! I love it!

Another plumbing problem, a badly clogged kitchen sink drain line, solved by Overflow Plumbing. William and Eric quickly arrived at a solution and the clog was removed. Additionally they corrected the design of our under sink pipe configuration and also installed a "T" Fitting with Clean Out Plug for future access. All the work was done in less time than we expected. Overflow Plumbing installed our new gas hot water heater last month so they were at the top of our trusted call list when this new issue arose unexpectedly.Reasonably priced, experienced, and quickly remedied!

Can't say enough about Overflow Plumbing. Had a back up issue that resulted in us not being able to use any drains in the home. They sent out Will Casto who was extremely polite, took the time to thoroughly go through it all to find the issue and immediately got to work. They were upfront about everything and very reasonable on pricing considering the time and effort it took to resolve our issue. So thank you to everyone at overflow from Will to the office people who made sure we were a priority! Definitely will use again in the future.

Cody and Darian worked very hard to plumb a new bathroom in the basement as well as correct the leaky water lines going to the 1st floor Master bathroom. They set up an innovative and accessible manifold system to give me more control over the bathroom plumbing fixtures. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was to code and worked properly. During this multi day project their communication was excellent. I also feel that the fees charged were very fair. I will definitely call them again if l have a plumbing problem.

Nasty clog in a line that was causing us issues for several months. We'd had a plumber out previously who snaked the line and replaced a toilet. Problem remained. Previous plumber recommended Overflow. They came when promised and worked most of the day first identifying exactly where the clog was (using a camera in the line) the clearing the clog, then confirming that the line was clear (with the camera). Very knowledgeable, clean, professional, and explained what they were doing all along the way. Highly recommend them

I recently had a major water leak in my front yard, and I’m extremely impressed with the work done by William and Joe from Overflow Service. Their diagnostic skills were top-notch—they quickly identified the root cause of the issue and presented me with a clear plan of action. Their estimations were spot on, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They dug and fixed the leak at the exact right spot, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. William, Mike, and Eric were excellent. They gave me plenty of a heads up before my appointment. They arrived on time and were flexible when I asked them to move where they parked. They were receptive of all of my one-off questions and concerns. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to provide me as much information about our plumbing to make sure we could make informed decisions.
