was having an issue with both my toilet and sink in downstairs bath. Kevin came out and promptly took care of both issue. He was honest and straightforward. He explained what and why the issue was happening. The pricing is great as well as the service. I will definitely be using them for any future projects. OH, and they don’t charge you a bogus dispatch fee just to show up! Highly recommend

Would highly recommend! Chris (who came and worked on our house) was extremely helpful, very kind, thorough, and efficient. While he was efficient, he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to watch out. As a first time home owner, this was exactly what I hoped for.

Initially thought they did a good job repairing the pipe in my garage, but turns out they charged me $500 for a repair that burst anyway and that they refuse to warranty. Pipe burst tonight and I had to shut off water to my entire house and call another company to cap it. Trash.

Please note that Britney with the 5-star review is actually an employee. Secondly, the technician damaged the housing around the valve that was supposed to be an inexpensive fix morphed into a bid for $2000 that the technician was responsible for damaging. Unethical company. Americans in this generation= Land of the Free, home of the blame. They said I damaged my own shower valve. Unbelievable corrupt accusations. They earned the 1 star not good review.

Pros first: Responded quickly, courteous on the phone, and tech who gave the quote was professional and knowledgeable. Cons: Charged $65 fee to quote the job, then gave impossibly high quote on a fairly simple job. They were so high in fact, I decided to go elsewhere. They wanted $1100 to add about 30 inches of pex drain lines beneath an exterior wall shower valve. Add'l info: This job required setting a newly installed toilet out of the way to acces the wall more easily (2 hoses, 2 bolts, 10 minutes tops) and cutting into drywall (utility knife and maybe 10 more minutes time). Cutting/ routing/fitting pex ... maybe a couple hours if you're a slow worker. The tech admitted that the entire job would take less than a day and I already had 90% of the materials on hand (pex/fittings). By my calculations, we're between $275 and $400/hour in labor alone. That's completely unreasonable... especially because they told me they would leave the wall open and I would have to repair the drywall myself. The technician they sent out was a US Army veteran. Impressive dude. Being a 21-year military veteran myself, I like supporting these guys. Even if he wasn't the owner. Bottom line, if you have tons of cash laying around to burn, these are your guys. I have no doubt they would have done a jam up job. Unfortunately, I don't.

This plumbing company is terrible. I had a kitchen sink that would not drain. I needed to get that fixed. The plumber from One Call Plumbing who came out to my house told me that all of my plumbing in the entire house absolutely had to be replaced immediately. I told him, no, I just need the kitchen sink clog taken care of for now. He said that was NOT an option, whatsoever. He told me in no uncertain terms that ALL of the plumbing in the house had to be replaced, that doing so was the ONLY option available to me. Then, he wrote me up a quote to do the job for over $5,000!!!! Then, he charged me a $40 service fee without doing ANY WORK! I may not know much about plumbing, but I can spot a con job when I see one. The guy was missing half of his teeth and acted like he was hopped up on speed. He thought he had spotted someone who was born yesterday and knew nothing about plumbing and had some money to blow, so he tried to scam me. Later, I got a real plumber out to the house who fixed ALL of my immediate problems for $240. That's a far cry from $5,000. Turns out, the plumbing lines just needed to be snaked. This plumbing company is an absolute joke. DO NOT CALL THEM.

I got an appointment for a plumber to come and look at my washer pipes that was leaking (Not tightened from the last plumber that came out) One Call sent a plumber, he said he tightened the 2 valves that went to my washer and replaced a hose that was clearly leaking, l showed him another pipe that needed to be replaced and he said " if you do that you will need to turn your water off and he suggested not doing that, he gave me an invoice that he wrote on that said l asked for a cheap way out...then charged me $142.00 and was at my house about 10-15 minutes, l never told him that l wanted the pipe fixed, l never asked him how much and l knew it was going to leak when he left. I washed a load of clothes and water went all over my floor. I call...One Call Plumbing and they said the could send him out Monday....my floor was full of water, it wouldn't have been if he had replaced the pipe l showed him was leaking...if you use One Call you need to watch what they are fixing, it's sad you can't trust people and not have to stand over them..... Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet. One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock! The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time. He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project. After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads. So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink. Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures. No complaints by him. Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived. We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. We had all of our water lines including the line from the road to our house replaced. Also our water heater replaced. We called and they were here that day for an estimate ( the only place we called based on the great reviews we read ). Their quote was very reasonable, we set a time for them to be here the next morning and they were right on time. Our plumbers Ryan and Justin were very professional, informative, and speedy having completed the job in just 1 day! We were very impressed with this company and definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs we may possibly have in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

They came out and did a very thorough inspection then made their recommendations- but first said that I should consult the contractor that had done the previous work. I chose to move forward with One Call even if the previous contractor had been willing to do the work for free because of their professionalism, frankness and, promptness. They came out and did the work at a very fair price, in a timely manner and refused to do anything that would have cost us more money even if it would have made them more- they gave us great advice. I highly recommend the company for any plumbing needs and, especially our tech, Wallace.

I was very satisfied with the service that I received with the installation of a new kitchen faucet and a shut off valve for my dishwasher. Levi was the technician that came out, he was very nice, explained everything that he was doing and told me the cost before he did anything. He was also right on time. Also, great customer service with scheduling my appointment as well. I didn't get any run around with time or day and she even told me she would call about 30 minutes prior to appointment time and she also was right on time. Excellent quality service all the way around! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I called One Call Plumbing to fix a backed up toilet. It was the third time in several months it had happened. Kevin came right out that afternoon and discovered a small screwdriver that was stuck in the line and fixed the problem. I had called 2 other plumbers previously but they only made temporary fixes. Kevin was awesome! Not only did he fix the problem other plumbers couldn't fix he also fixed the handle on the shower that kept coming off. (It was missing a piece that a previous plumber had accidentally left off.) Kevin was professional and had great follow up. Nice Job!!

I was so Happy how Fast they responded to my problem that I needed addressed and fixed. They sent Wallace to my house to look at the situarion at hand...after that...he was All In for getting the job fixed. ...Professionally....and taking the time to do it right ....I commend your Wallace for the time he had to spend , as I have an Older House...and not like these new cheap built houses.....Good Job Wallace.....and your Company'One Call Plumbing'....hope I don't need y'all anytime soon...but if I do...I now know who to call
