Right on time, he knows his business, an incredibly nice guy was Mike AND I was surprised at the end as I expected the repair to be more costly. I'd recommend Mike and his company to anyone and everyone! It's very seldom you can feel this way when a contractor comes to your home. Smiles all around!
Had such a great experience with On The Way Plumbing. From the first inspection with Michael and Jake, to Michael and Nate completing the work - everything was done in a timely manner with expertise and care. Michael is a true expert in his craft. After getting an incredibly costly bid from a different company, which included tearing into exterior and interior walls and requiring a full tub replacement, Michael was able to complete all the needed work without any demo and without replacing the tub. He also pointed out a section of piping that needed a replacement which the other company had missed. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
We had a leak from our upstairs tub that was dripping through our downstairs light fixture. On The Way Plumbing sent someone quickly, and they managed to diagnose and fix the leak right away, with minimal cuts into our drywall. The price was pretty reasonable, too. They worked closely with Oregon Restoration to make sure we didn't have any lasting water damage, and I appreciated how thorough everyone was. It was a positive experience, would recommend!
