Listennn!! How about they haven’t even left yet! I was in a bind🙂‍↕️🤌🏽😩 bathtub and shower acting up, after the gym so yeah! I called Roter Rooter, Albert Nahman, Big Blue and Lifesaver Plumbing. Not one would come out, and Lifesaver had the audacity to want $1300💅🏾NOPE! Most importantly, Jeff was accommodating after 9pm on a Friday, and Herb is so kind and friendly, and seemingly honest. In an age of greed, indifference to human touch and digitized services, it means a lot to exhibit those characteristics in service. They did not price gauge, and fixed an issue coined among plumbers as “a pain to work with”. I could go on, but my goal simply with this post and review is to convince any other customer that You don’t need to look any farther. Your services will be well taken care of as well as your pocketbook and it comes with the class of customer service that money could never buy. I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are just that good!! It's a great water heater business. Being new to this side of the bay, I wasn't sure who I should go to when I had an issue with my water heater. I had one of my family members recommend them to me and I couldn't be happier they told me about them. I called them in a somewhat of a panic when my hot water heater stopped working. I really needed my hot water to get back working on that day (I mean, seriously, I cannot stress how much I like hot showers LOL!). The guy who answered the phone was so nice and reassured me that he could for SURE someone out there later that day. I was so relieved that it would happen so quickly. Pete came over and was sooooo knowledgable. I was amazed at everything he knew about water heaters and all of the lingo he used about them! He got straight to work and asked me questions about my water heater, which obviously I didn't know much about. I answered as best as I could and he was totally patient with me which was awesome. Luckily, he said he could just repair it for pretty reasonable price. I thought their pricing was really fair especially for doing this type of complicated work. When he was done he checked the shower and the kitchen sink just to double check the hot water was working good. Everything was working great! Now that it's been almost three weeks of having hot water again I have been meaning to write this great review. They were able to get out to me fast and their guy Pete was awesome. Thank you so much Pete!! You are a superstar for getting my hot water working again in the same day!!!

I got a callback almost right away and and offer to come look at my issue and give me an estimate that same day! Jeff was who I spoke with, and he was great about texting me ahead of time when he was on his way with an ETA. He arrived on time, was very friendly and took a look at my faucet. He tried to fix the issue at my request (which was that the hose and threaded attachment for the spray head had retreated so far back into the neck of the faucet that I was unable to push it back out. After attempting for some time to pry the part out of the neck, he gave me some options for faucet replacements and estimates, that he had on hand and he installed the one I selected. It immediately was clear that the faucet had a defect and Jeff was quick to address this, talk me through the reason, and offer a solution. He ordered another faucet and came back to replace the defective part. Shortly after that, there was another strange issue with the faucet and when I texted Jeff, he quickly offered to come and fix that as well without any additional charges. The issues were related to a defective faucet and not a reflection of Jeff's hard work and professionalism. He was quick to address my concerns, answer and and all questions that I had, an field additional questions I had related to other projects. I would recommend him and On R Way for anyone looking to have friendly, quality service for their plumbing needs.

I just moved into a new home and after two weeks our main drain was backing up in the front yard :( and of course my luck my wife and I were having company. I called the big popular plumbing companies and did have a time slot for someone to come check my issue but they never showed up so I called “On R Way” and Jeff answered. He was so understanding of my situation and dispatched Cullen almost immediately. I had a call within minutes from Cullen telling me he was on his way! He was at my house in an hour and right to work. He had the right tools for the job and very professional. He allowed me to watch the process and before I know it we found roots in the pipes. Yes roots ugh! So he cleared out the drain and before I knew it Jeff pulled up with a pipe camera. This was cool stuff! They pushed the camera down the pipe and I was able to see all the roots and everything in there. They traced out the pipe to the street to show the path and explained to me his professional opinion of a permanent fix. I am so happy with my service from On R Way. These guys are great! They took the stress of the situation off my shoulders and put it back on themselves. This is the customer service I am looking for! and my evening ended with a superb dinner with my guests! Jeff and John from OnRWay Plumbing are hands down the best and most honest plumbers in the area. They’ve consistently come through for us with their expertise and integrity. A while back, we had a leaking toilet. Another plumber quoted us thousands of dollars to replace all five toilets in our home, suggesting we switch to "eco-flush" tanks. Unsure about the recommendation, we called OnRWay Plumbing for a second opinion. Jeff and John quickly identified the real issue: corroded bolts on the leaking toilet’s tank, a common problem with infrequently used toilets. They replaced the bolts, and the toilet has worked perfectly ever since. As for the eco-flush suggestion, they recommended a simple, affordable mechanism that achieves the same result by allowing two smaller flushes from one tank instead of one large flush—saving water without replacing the toilets. Their honesty and practical advice saved us a significant amount of money. And that's just one of the issues they have come thru for us. Since then, they’ve been our go-to plumbers. ::Update 11/9/22:: Updating my previous 5-Star rating after working with Jeff and John again. I reached out to On R Way on Monday afternoon to get an appointment to inspect a “noisy” shower and leaking garbage disposal. It’s now 6:30pm Wednesday and both issues are 100% resolved. I can’t say enough about these guys - honest, reliable and cost-effective. Thanks again!! ::Past Review:: I called Monday morning at 9:40am hoping to schedule an appointment for a technician to review an issue with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom. On R Way had a polite/professional technician at my house within an hour, and as I am typing this review at 11:20am the issue is resolved and my water pressure is back to normal. He didn't try to come up with complex or expensive work that needed to be done - he simply fixed a valve that a previous company had left partially closed, and charged me the minimum evaluation fee. I'd highly recommend On R Way Plumbing, and will use them again if any issues come up. Thanks, guys!

We loved our experience! Will definitely call for all plumbing issues in future. We had a water hammer issue. Saw multiple plumbers who said they'd have to go through our walls, it was going to cost in the thousands. We would even agree to work and then they wouldn't show up. We called Jeff and John, they came out to see the very next day and not only did they go to the attic to look at the pipes there, they checked the water pressure - which none of the previous plumbers did. We found out our water pressure was almost double the normal amount. They installed a gauge to control pressure, it was noninvasive or destructive and the problem is finally fixed. Jeff and John were very thorough with the details, gave us multiple options, turned up on time and was by far the best in price. Couldn't beat the friendly honest and excellent job they did. And as someone who hesitated calling service people from past bad experiences, I definitely won't hesitate calling them in future.

These guys were great. I needed help and they were able to come out to my house super last minute-- even on a Saturday afternoon. My water heater apparently lucked out by lasting as long as it did, but eventually broke and we needed a new one according to someone from PG&E. We looked around seeing as there were a few options in the area for professionals. Called the Water Heater Doctor, and they provided a thorough inspection and gave us options in terms of cost and parts. Seemed to know what they were talking about. They recommended places with affordable water heaters, and they went ahead with the installation making sure there were no issues. Before they came, the water around the shower and sinks were barely lukewarm. Now the water is hot and we didn't have to break the bank to do it. If you're having difficulties with your water heater or need a new one installed I would just give them a call. Great job and I highly recommend them.

After being away from my Bay Area home for a while, I came back, and the water was cold. Not pleasant at all! I called Water Heater Doctor based on a rec from a friend and I am so glad I did. It was easy to get an appointment that fit around my schedule, and the scheduler was so nice and understanding. Pete came by and knew exactly how to fix my water heater. It is clear Pete has A+ plumbing knowledge and I highly recommend anyone ask for him when they are in need of a repair. I also appreciated Pete was on time and gave me a call 10 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was coming. Upon inspection of the issue, Pete provided me with a reasonable quote, along with a step-by-step explanation of what would happen next so that the repair could take place. You know I said YES to it all since I needed my hot water back. Pete was definitely the doctor my water heater needed.

Great experience with the Water Heater Doctor. I believe I talked to Jason and/or Cody. Very professional, informative, responsive, with clear upfront competitive pricing. There was a bit of uncertainty with our situation since the leaking from our water heater had started to cause the wood beneath it to deteriorate. It was probably hard for them to quote us for that part because I guess it's not a typical situation. The repair estimate for the wood repair was hard for us to swallow so they worked with us to bring it down if we supplied the materials. The plumber they sent out went above and beyond to address the wood situation on a budget. I got a ton of quotes and talked to a bunch of outfit, including the plumber I used for my last job. After everything, I'd say that for a straight up water heater repair, these guys are my top choice. Very happy with my experience.

I needed to get my home's hot water again quickly. I was really impressed with their reviews and figured they could live up to their great reputation. I was glad that I can say I had a great experience just like everyone else had. Everyone knows you can't go without hot water for very long and no one understands it better than these guys. They even check and make sure you don't have hot water so that they can put you at the top of their bookings. I really appreciated this. After getting an appointment they called me prior to coming over. Another small thing but something I really appreciated it. Their wonderful plumber was very nice and was busy working away. He repaired our water heater in a short amount of time. He was never rushed though. I'm very happy we decided to use them. They are a very prompt and kind business.

We had a clogged sewer pipe which was complicated by another company breaking off their snake head in the line. The other company blamed their error on a "broken pipe" and estimated a huge cost to repair. We called On R Way for a second opinion. Jeff suggested more conservative alternatives before digging up the concrete slab. Cullen did the work and he was excellent. He had the line unclogged in no time and managed to retrieve the broken snake head from the line. We did not have a broken pipe at all. Our Hayward cast iron pipe was badly rusted inside and snagged everything causing blockages. Cullen polished the pipe and removed the rust in half the time estimated. He is very professional, thorough, honest and forthright. We were very, very pleased with the work.

Jeff and his colleague John are a dynamic duo! I had two plumbing issues happening at the same time requiring an extensive evaluation of my condominium plumbing system. It was one of the most complex coordinating of a repair involving my HOA which Jeff helped educate me on how to move the repair forward. Jeff took the time to meet with me give me a tour of the entire buildings plumbing system which he understood extensively and describe to me what needed to happen. Not only was his estimate of the cost accurate it was well within the range expected to pay. I I am very grateful for this plumbing company and highly recommend Jeff and John! Well I hope I don’t need a plumber for a long time to come, I’m so glad to know On R Way plumbing is there when I need them.
