I was very pleased at how quickly Mike was able to replace my old water heater. It was at a rental I own so I wanted to make sure my tenant had hot water as soon as possible. Mike made that happen. He also did it at a very reasonable rate. Mike gave me a verbal quote on the phone and stuck to it even after he had to replace the expansion chamber. He could have increased the price after adding that to job but he did not. I plan on using him for other plumbing jobs that come up both at my home as well as my rental. I have and plan on recommending him to all of my family and friends. Mike is someone you can trust to get the job done right!
I had a kitchen faucet replacement and toilet repair project. Mike was very responsive and provided good communication throughout. His worker, Gus, was very thorough and conscientious about cleaning up and leaving things looking perfect. I’d definitely use On Point again.
Mike's crew did an exceptional job! We had a bad leak and needed a filter system and new faucet installed. They did a fantastic job and pricing was very fair!!
