Luis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly explained the issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal and fixed everything quickly. This is my second time using Olson Superior Plumbing and they always provide reasonable pricing and great service. I’ll continue using them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Zachariah and Joshua did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater. Zachariah is very knowledgeable about plumbing and when he accomplished the job he was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the water system. I can say with great confidence I can depend on him completely for any future work that needs to be done in my house. Our kitchen sink was clogged and filled with water and backup from garbage disposal this morning. I found on yelp and called Olson Superior Plumbing. Eliza was very helpful and was able to get someone out here today. Randall came out and was able to unclog and clean out the pipes under the sink. He checked the garbage disposal to make sure it was working fine. He was very thorough and also checked the bathrooms, washing machine and water heater. He was very helpful and informative on the garbage disposal. I really appreciate that Olson Superior Plumbing was able to squeeze us in today and provide a honest assessment.

I am torn on this review. I called because we just moved into a home and I wanted to change the shower arm and address a slow draining bathtub. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They spent over an hour doing a whole house diagnostic before starting on my requested repair. They then offered packages to repair or address all the issues they found starting at $23,000. It gave car salesman vibes, and was off putting. The actual work they did took less than a half an hour. I did appreciate that they were honest that the tub drain was not actually blocked, and they showed me the easy fix to address that issue and removed the estimated charge for that repair. After they left I realized that they had damaged the wooden structure that enclosed our water heater tank and hadn’t told me. I really wish they had talked to me about it, just leaving without saying anything left a very bad impression.

We had a great experience with Olson Plumbing. They were able to diagnose an unknown leak and trace it back to a toilet valve, then fixed it efficiently. During the repair, the toilet unfortunately broke, but Olson Plumbing handled the situation really well. They worked with us to get a new toilet installed at no additional labor cost (we just purchased the toilet), which we really appreciated. All of the technicians were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Communication was smooth, and everyone we interacted with was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience — we would definitely recommend Olson Plumbing to others.
