“Recently in the cold spell we had a frozen kitchen drain that we couldn't get opened and called Oasen. Jim made a special effort to come the next day and although he couldn't open the drain with his snake because of thick ice, he stayed and used a space heater until it thawed and got the drain opened. He really saved us lots of trouble and stuck with the problem until fixed.”
