Shannon has been my plumber for ages now. First time I needed a plumber, I was worried about a leak based on my water bill. He poked around, showed me what to look for, then didn’t charge me anything. Ever since then, he has been my guy. Replaced all my toilets, sinks, new hot water heater. Had a failed element in the middle of snowmagedon, he walked me through the process of how I could isolate it and keep water flowing over the phone until he could visit the next day. He will always be my plumber, and I would recommend him to everyone.

I called Mr. O'Neil this morning Dec 28th with a request for a fix on leaking toilet. He was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CALL I've made this year! Not only did he help guide me in the right direction to fix the problem....he was gracious and thoughtful enough to take call after call walking me thru every step of the way. Wow...just WOW!!!! The luckiest Ive ever made was to the this plumbing service...when others would have charged me an arm and a leg for a dignosis...Mr. O'Neil didn't....for that he will have my business from now on!!! Many many thanks!!! Can't gush enough!!!

I called O’Neill freaking out about a leak in my house and I couldn’t find the shut off valve. While I didn’t need his services at our home, because we found the valve he was so calm and helped me over the phone! He was so kind and reassuring and if I ever need help I will certainly give them a call. Highly recommend.

The O’Neil plumbing team replaced our recirculation pump for $924. because it was making a grinding noise. Ten months later and well within the one year warranty the grinding noise started again. I contacted O’Neil plumbing and got the runaround for 10 days and Shannon ultimately told me that he wouldn’t replace the pump because in his opinion it is working. I then contacted Emerald plumbing who diagnosed the issue on that very day, and replaced the Taco pump with a different model. If you want to work with a company who honors their warranty I would steer clear of Oneil plumbing.

I was having a plumbing issue and called to explain the issue that I was having. When I spoke to someone on the phone (I’m assuming he was a tech) he said that the description of the issue that I was having didn’t make sense to him and he was too busy to talk, told me to call someone else and hung up the phone on me. I assure you that I will never call this company again for ANY plumbing issues that I have under ANY circumstances!

The owner, Shannon O'Neill came to my house tonight and is clearly unhinged and potentially dangerous. I had an emergency plumbing situation tonight where my dishwasher was clogged and began leaking, but then the water started pouring into my basement through the walls and ceiling. I called and Shannon showed up within an hour. He took a look, turned off the dishwasher water line, and told me the problem was the dishwasher. When I asked him to take a look at the basement where the water was pouring through to try to find where the leaks were coming from and whether there were additional pipe leaks, he started yelling at me that he was the professional and told me the issue was obviously just the dishwasher, so I should listen to him and he didn't need to look at other leaks. He became entirely unhinged and said he was leaving because I didn't respect his opinion as a professional. On his way out, he continued yelling at me for not respecting him as a professional. Then he said since I did not appreciate his service, he was going to turn my water back on to continue flooding my basement due to my lack of appreciation! I told him it was time for him to leave. I was standing between the sink and the front door and he lunged at me (in front of my children!), in an attempt to turn our water back on to continue flooding our home! I jumped towards him, screaming at him to get out of my house. When he finally left, my kids and I ran around the house locking the doors so he couldn't decide to come back in. Terrifying experience to have someone try to physically intimidate me in my own home. He is a completely unhinged individual and it is unsafe to invite him into your home.

We had a basement flood in our new home and unfortunately called another plumbing service to help us with the issue. A week after our sump pump was “fixed” we were facing more issues and needed to find a new plumber. On a Sunday. During a big storm. I called O’Neill based on the reviews. The scheduler gave me a one hour time window during which someone would arrive. Shortly after, Shannon called me on the way to my house and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to understand the issue and what I was hoping to have assessed. He was very thorough, kind and conversational. Shannon arrived and immediately offered to take off his shoes and laid down tarps everywhere he was working in the house, including down the stairs. Greatly appreciated - it was raining and we have young kids. Shannon spent 4-5 hours at our house, on a Sunday, in the rain, fixing our issue. He made sure we both understood the problem, causes and solutions to our issues. This was a large, unexpected expense, so we were very appreciative of the thought and explanation that went into his services. He took pictures throughout the job and shared a detailed report with me when he was done. I don’t know much about sump pumps, but he made sure I understood what he did and how to work/monitor/manage the system (luckily there's not much to do!) Shannon called me the next day to follow up and check in, which was really nice. Especially given I’m still chasing the first company for a return phone call a week after they charged me for an issue that had to be properly fixed by O’Neill. I would not hesitate to call O'Neill again.

I called O'Neill Plumbing Services in a panic on a Sunday night after hearing a waterfall in my basement. Shannon arrived within 2 hours! It was not an easy task to figure out where the leak originated but Shannon found it and did the repair the same night. I really appreciated how he tried to thoroughly understand the problem and inform me of the charges before performing any work. He also treated me and my home with care and respect. He cut the smallest hole possible to investigate an area where the wainscoting could've been easily damaged, and I never felt talked down to or dismissed as I've felt with many other contractors. A+ for expert analysis, repair, and great customer service skills! I will definitely be calling O'Neill Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. This company also utilizes modern tech tools such as Quickbooks payment links and sending a google calendar appointment / attaching pics of the work to the calendar invite after the work is performed - pure gold for those of us who need photos to file an insurance claim!

We had a great experience with Shannon and O'Neill Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our home in April, and found in late July a leak in our guest shower that caused damage on all three levels of the townhome. Shannon was quick to respond to my call, and came out the next day to identify the issue. He provided great recommendations for water mitigation services and mold damage repair, and helped to put us at ease in a stressful time with his humor and good nature. Once drywall was removed by mitigation team, Shannon came back to make the pipe repairs. He explained everything he was doing to fix the situation, offered advice for home maintenance, and kept transparent about pricing. Shannon's pricing was very fair and he worked quickly to get our guest shower back up and running. I am grateful for his great attitude and assistance in a stressful time, and will use O'Neill Plumbing again if we need more plumbing repairs!

I never thought that I would have an exceptional experience with a plumber, but that's exactly what happened with O'Neill. I called in Saturday for what I thought was an emergency, and was talked through how to temporarily fix the problem myself and not have to pay for emergency weekend plumbing fees. Mr. O'Neill genuinely loves plumbing and loves to help people. He will help you find the best solution for your problem even, if it is not the most expensive solution. When he looks at your pipes, it is very clear that he knows exactly what he's doing and exactly what he's talking about. O'Neill's is truly a small business and when you call in you talk to Mr O'Neill himself. He will assess your problem and figure out how to come help you.It is evident that they believe in customer based relationship building. O'Neill's is my plumber for life.

Oh my goodness, Shannon at O’Neill Plumbing is one of the kindest souls walking this planet! I live in an older rental property and a sink hose randomly burst, flooding the entire basement. In a panic, I found the number to O’Neill Plumbing and to my relief, an actual human being (i.e, not an automated message) picked up the phone. Shannon walked me through the entire process of shutting off the water supply in the unit and the valves connected to the busted hose. He also helped me restore water to the unit and wisely advised that it was safe to use water in the rest of the house without affecting the busted hose. While my landlord ultimately chose a different company to fix the hose and mitigate the water, I am immensely grateful for Shannon’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company once I buy my own home in the area. Thank you!!!

So I had to call O'Neill Plumbing Services for an emergency. Had another plumber out earlier today and that plumber messed up the job, left me with water spewing from the pipe. Told me someone would be in touch...REALLY?? Shannon O'Neill came out after I called and FIXED the issue NO PROBLEM. Did a phenomenal job on top of that!!! Side notes....thoroughly explained the problem as he assessed it, steps for resolution AND made sure he threw down a drop cloth to catch any debris, cleaned up everything afterwards....he then provided us with further discussion on the finer nuances of this particular situation and what the errors were of the previous plumber for educational or future purposes. You want it done but DONE RIGHT.....CALL O'NEILL PLUMBING SERVICES LLC !!!

I contacted O'Neill Plumbing hoping to fix my noisy faucet. Shannon O'Neill called me after I sent in my request and let me know that he thought, based on our conversation, the issue was something different. He quoted me a fair price and came out the very next day to do the work. Right away he put on shoe covers and laid out tarps to protect surfaces. There was a minor problem during installation when he realized a part was faulty. He came back the next day and finished the job. He stuck to his quote despite the extra work, and was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he invited me to watch and learn what he was doing. I recommend O'Neill Plumbing Services and have their number saved into my phone contacts for future work.

I called this business about midnight about a malfunctioning sump pump during a storm. Needless to say, I was very concerned that I would have water damage, and the man that I spoke with was so amazing! He took the time to speak to me and help me without coming to my home. I sent him pictures and he took the time to walk me through the kind of sump pump I had, looked up the model number to explain it and compare it to others and gave me a class on how my sump pump works until I understood enough to not be worried. He was just a good, kind man that helped me through a very stressful problem with expertise. That kind of professionalism, expertise and customer service is very hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Shannon is cut from a different cloth. A man of integrity, great humor, and expansive knowledge. I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment for my garbage disposal. To my surprise, Shannon picked up. His humor quickly put me at ease. After talking about the issue, Shannon did something that I've never experienced with any contractor. He suggested what the problem may be. And he was right! I was able to fix the issue with his guidance. That could've been easy money for him. But he didn't take advantage of the situation. He just wanted to help. He reinforced the notion that there are some good people still out there. Would definately be using Shannon again. Thank you Shannon!
