Nowell Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I want to share my experience with Nowell Plumbing because I consider it extraordinary, especially given that most businesses are only concerned with their own. We have a small apartment behind our house where a senior friend lives. We were very worried when he told us the gas heater wasn't working. He's in delicate health and can't tolerate the cold. We called many plumbing companies here in Alamogordo. They all told us they couldn't send anyone for several days or weeks. Finally, we contacted Nowell Plumbing. A kind young woman named Kimmy Satarr listened to us and promised to send a plumber the next day. She did more than that; she came to our house and lent us a Space Heater so our friend could stay warm that night. I think Kimmy was a real Star; she brightened our day and brought us peace of mind. Novell Plumbing is a company that deserves our trust, not only for its professionalism, but also because it's a family business that sees the customer not just as a transaction, but as a human being. Thank you for this young woman; may she continue to be a shining star for others, and may her light never fade.

Nowell Plumbing is honestly the best. I have had them come out to my house 3 times for different reasons, and every time, they are fast and efficient. The work they have done hasn't needed any additional repairs since they have come out.

Jose was here in less than 24 hours of my call and identified the problem immediately. I will definitely be using Nowell PH&C again!

Very responsive and honest. Gave a fair estimate on two jobs for two different houses and I felt taken care of. We are absentee owners and have to trust what is offered. Nowell has shown multiple times that they do what they say at a good price. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but for some things you don't want the cheapest.

Mr. Nowell and his team are honest professionals. I felt comfortable with all aspects of their work. The price is good and fair. They have always done a good job for my family. They are timely with apptointments. I highly recommended them.
