“Technician got his tool stuck in my toilet. He then stated his tool had something stuck to it and wanted to take the toilet with his tool stuck in it. Video shows nothing stuck to his tool! Had to purchase a new toilet and had my contractor install it. Plumber originally called out to clear the line but ended up a terrible experience. Do not recommend this company.”

On the bathroom sink he installed a new faucet fixture and drain.
