Norwalk / La Mirada Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We were very pleased with the service we received from Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing. Jesus came and replaced the bathtub fixture washers and valve seats. On the bathroom sink he installed a new faucet fixture and drain. Our bathroom sink is of the pedestal variety, which is very challenging when attempting to install new faucet fixtures and drains as it’s a very confined workspace. In the past other, plumbers have told us that in order to replace the faucet fixtures and drain that they would have to detach the sink from the wall to gain access. Over 20 years ago, we had a plumber who successfully installed new fixtures without removing the sink from the wall so we knew it was possible but over the years we lost contact with that plumber. I did a little research and found that a somewhat specialized tool called a basin wrench was necessary to do installations within the confines of that pedestal sink. When I first called in to Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing and talked with Alexis I brought up the subject of the basin wrench tool, and she assured me that it would be on the truck when the plumber arrived at my house. Jesus did an expert installation using that tool and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use their service in the future.

I have been using this company for years and they never disappoint. I had re-pipe and re-drain the house and from beginning to end the service was superb. It was a lot of work and by the time they were done, it look like nobody had been in my home. All 5 crew members were amazing, courteous, friendly, respectful. They answered all my questions and triple checked all the work, giving me a piece of mind. Francisco was awesome as the contact point. They also installed my Halo water filtration system. All is well. Definitely recommend this company for your project.

Technician got his tool stuck in my toilet. He then stated his tool had something stuck to it and wanted to take the toilet with his tool stuck in it. Video shows nothing stuck to his tool! Had to purchase a new toilet and had my contractor install it. Plumber originally called out to clear the line but ended up a terrible experience. Do not recommend this company.

I’ve been using Norwalk Plumbing for over 35 years. They have always given great service , great quality work and never had any problems getting quick service. They are very knowledgeable and very nice.
