They were awesome. Came out and fixed our problem in no time. Professional and didn't try to upsell anything. Absolutely recommend!!!!
I called and spoke with Amy, who was so helpful getting service scheduled right away. Within 24 hours, Jaden and Max showed up to replace my hot water heater. They were professional, friendly, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. What a great team! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
Technicians servicing this project did an excellent job. They insured that the deficiency that was previously experienced, which was rocking back-and-forth was completely tight and the problem was resolved. I cannot explain how grateful I am for the work and dedication that these technicians from Norton Plumbing provided me today they are exceptional employees and should be recognized at the first possible date thank you.
Charlie did a very thorough job. Work done required much patience, probably more than my wife and I have left in our middle seventies! Our new kitchen faucet looks extremely nice, and hurrah! The bathtub drain will now let my wife take a bath which she prefers over a shower. We highly recommend Nortons!
