I am in the maintenance club. Therefore the call out was part of the plan and good communication skills. Good inspection skills good cleaning skills of my air-conditioning system. Good information and much appreciated. I would give this a good recommendation for anyone.
Bassett sent out Ryan Renolds. Came to the house in a timely manner, super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Used shoe coverings to protect flooring and cleaned up afterwards. High recommend and will have them back for all my service needs. Thanks!
Technician arrived a time and was friendly. Was very respectful of my home and wore protective shoe covers. Worked quickly and efficiently. After maintenance was finished, he took the time to go over everything that was done. He also provided some alternatives and add on’s to make the system run more efficiently but was not pushy about them. Overall a great experience!
Austin was great. He identified what was needed with our system and went the extra mile to help insure our issues were addressed. We’re very happy with his work, his cordial personality and professionalism.
