North Alabama Plumbing is an amazing company. We've had several leaks in our 10 year old home, due to the builder using bad piping. We decided to have the whole house repiped - a big project!! The whole installation went extremely well. Bryan, Josh and Jacob were professional, prompt, efficient and excellent manners! I've never seen such hard workers! On the last day, we decided to also have a new hot water heater installed - no problem! Josh was the project manager and his creativity led to the best way to repipe the house with the least impact. A great group of men and a wonderful company!

Bryan Landreth, the owner of North Alabama Plumbing, worked hard all day repairing a broken sewage line at the very back of my yard. Heavy equipment and a 7x5ft hole was required to complete the task. Apparently the sewage pipe was never properly connected to the city main which explains drain problems we've had for the past 16 years. Anyway, I highly recommend these guys. The price was right too. made an appointment for Aug 22 from 11 to 2 pm. No one came to the house so I contacted the company around 3pm and was told that a technician was still coming. I waited until 6 pm with no avail. I understand that problems do happen, but I was still waiting or expecting a call the next day with an explanation of what happened. No one called. Poor customer service. Glad that others had a better experience. Thank you,

Matt came to my home today and he provided outstanding. He quickly identified the leak issue, and his professionalism was exceptional from start to finish. I'd give Matt & Trevor 10 stars if I could. They were able to come in, replace our hot water heater quickly, and were able to work around previous plumbing mistakes that came with our home when installing the new one. Would recommend them to anyone.

North Alabama Plumbing Company did a fantastic job fixing the exterior spigot on my house. Matt was extremely professional and friendly. They were quick with the repair and cleaned everything up after the job. I would definitely recommend them.
