Absolutely terrible service. 2nd time in 3 years my HOA had these guys work in our building and they caused major damage. First time during a water shut off, my unit was damaged and they were not held accountable. Now fast forward 2 years and they were performing some sort of pipe cleaning on a higher level garage which somehow ended up flooding my entire storage unit down below due to negligence and incompetence. When i spoke to Bill he told me tough luck and he was rude and said he dosnt work for me so tough luck. I will be filing an attorney general complaint against norman mechanical, as well as a better business complaint, as well as have retained counsel. They will most definitely be held accountable and pay for the damages they caused. Bill if you read this, feel free to call me with a better attitude and a good solution on how you will fix this situation.

We had a pipe break in the basement on Sunday, we called and Joe came out, he arrived quickly was courteous, knowledgeable and focused on getting our issue addressed quickly. He completed the repair efficiently and made sure everything was corrected also offering suggestions for better water pressure in this 100+ year old house! Highly recommended!

Joe was fantastic! He installed all new kitchen faucets+ about three months ago. He worked quickly, but diligently. He just did his job without chit chatting, complaining - very respectable... Our instant hot tank had a small issue with a short tube connection, but he came up with a creative solution. Said nothing about difficulty to park (another plumber showed up and left without doing the install due to parking). I would highly recommend Joe and will hire him again!
