“After Norm's plumbing installed a new boiler in my house, running water from all my faucets became very noisy. Two of their plumbers were unable to identify the problem. The third call finally diagnosed the problem with a failing main water pressure regulator. I was quoted $111 for the part and 1 hour for the replacement. The part was replaced in 45 minutes.
