I called up NJ Plumbing & Electric for an emergency service call. They answered the phone promptly and sent someone out the same day. I was shocked to learn that for their service calls, to inspect there is no fee. This was a pleasant surprise. When the technician arrived I showed him our two problems. We had a toilet that had started leaking and flooding an upstairs bathroom the night before unexpectedly. I had turned off the water but it sprayed out anytime the water was turned back on. Additionally we had a small drip from our incoming supply pipe from the road in our basement. It was small but I didn’t want something small today, to become a crisis tomorrow. The technician showed up exactly on time and was very polite. After showing him the issues he got some tools from his truck stating he wanted to try something first. 15 minutes later he said, “all done.” He had fixed both issues and tested them. Now he did warn me to keep an eye on both and if a leak started again then he would return to replace pipes however this visit he didn’t feel that was necessary. I asked how much I owed and was again shocked when he said nothing. There was no charge to inspect and he said the repair didn’t take any supplies just his time, and since he was already here there was no charge. We are currently looking to do a full bathroom renovation. I know exactly who we will be working with!

Good hearted guy! After being ignored by 4 businesses I called -this guy called me back AND came to my home Christmas week! Fixed my problem and was SO kind! I’m going to him for ALL my electrical work now. Oh and btw-he’s the most reasonable in pricing too!

This company was recommended to fix a new stove, with a possible faulty regulator. Michael was requested by the manufacturer to repair the stove with a new regulator. He called not long after being recommended, and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was friendly, nice, professional and efficient at what was needed for repair. He ensured there was no concern for a gas leak after install of the new regulator. Then operated the stove to ensure it worked properly. I highly recommend him.
