We had an emergency in our house and Mo showed up promptly and fixed the water leak and took care of everything. Great job - will use his service again
I needed my leaky galvanized water service line replaced from the curb valve in the sidewalk into the basement. I obtained various quotes and decided to go with Moe. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and, most of all, honest. The end result was flawless. Much better than I expected and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend Moe and his team.
Mo is a professional who gets every job serious. We had an emergency in our house in Ridgewood and Mo showed up promptly and fixed the water leak as well as garbage disposal. We will use his services again. We highly recommend him.
Be very cautious dealing with this company and technician (MO). I was told I was getting a “great deal” on an AC replacement, but it turned out to be a basic, low-efficiency Goodman system priced like higher-end units. Last summer, MO added refrigerant to my system and said there was no leak. Another company later confirmed there was a leak, and the issue came back within two weeks. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion, asking for exact model numbers, and verifying any diagnosis before moving forward.
I hired NJ masters plumbing for 2 big jobs. Mo is very straight forward and honest. He is willing to work with customers to resolve any and all issues within reason. A few years ago I had invasive roots into my main sewer line which we found out was made out of terracotta. Mo and his team replaced over 30 feet of main sewer line and added a clean out /vent within 3 days. Years later when I was selling my home Mo helped resolve all our plumbing issues (nothing with his previous work) that the inspector had flagged, and even resolved a hidden issue that neither I nor the inspector were aware of. His years of experience shows in his work. He's very fast, neat and precise. I would highly recommend him and NJ masters plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.
