Jimmy did an excellent job replacing our water heater after it started leaking. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. This is my second major service with Nicholson (previously replaced boiler) and am happy once again.

This was my first time using Nicholson. We had 3 new faucets to be installed. The customer service was excellent. They notified me when the plumber was leaving so I had time to clean out under my sinks. Jimmy did an outstanding job--neat, professional, explained everything clearly, and was great with my dogs. He found that the shutoff to the hot water in one bathroom was broken and offered me options. I highly recommend this company.

We replaced both our upstairs and downstairs furnaces, and despite a small initial mix-up, the company handled it quickly and professionally. They installed new Daikin/Goodman furnaces, added two Nest thermostats along with a Honeywell Home thermostat in the basement, and—best of all—fixed our zoning so it finally works as it should. The service team was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They took great care to protect our floors, worked neatly, and left everything spotless. Solid workmanship, great service, and a company that stands behind its work. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience working with Nicholas Brodeur and the team from Nicholson Plumbing. From the moment they arrived, Nicholas was professional, communicative, and very thorough in walking me through the game plan for repairing my master bathroom shower drain which leaked below into our garage. He made sure I understood the scope of work and confirmed the pricing before getting started. The job itself turned out to be more involved than expected due to a cracked PVC trap behind the old strainer, but Nicholas handled the situation expertly. He and his team carefully cut out the damaged sections, added the necessary coupling, cleaned the shower stall surfaces to ensure a solid connection, and installed the new strainer. They allowed proper curing time, ran multiple tests including filling the entire shower stall and confirmed everything was completely leak-free. I was especially impressed with how Nicholas coordinated around the MA Restoration team when they came by to take ceiling samples for testing, pausing when needed and picking right back up without missing a beat. Once the work was finished, Nicholas showed me the results, answered all my questions, and left the area clean and tidy. The shower drain is working perfectly now, and I’m happy with the outcome. It’s clear Nicholas takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend him and Nicholson Plumbing. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Great all around! This is now the fourth different company we’ve used since purchasing our home, and Nicholson has been the best by far. From scheduling and customer service to pricing and quality of work, they outperformed the other three companies we worked with. When we had an emergency clogged kitchen drain, they were quick to send someone out. Oliver was outstanding — knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. He took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed other areas of concern we had around the house when we weren’t sure who to turn to. I mentioned that I had spent four hours trying (and failing) to replace a kitchen faucet that was completely rusted through. Oliver took one look at it, quickly pulled up an estimate, and replaced it seamlessly in a matter of minutes. His experience was obvious.
