Our hot water tank in Charleston stopped working unexpectedly, and NexAir - Expert Plumbers arrived promptly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced it efficiently. The team explained how the system works and made sure everything was running safely. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
First attempt wasn't a good experience. They made it right when they sent Andrew and Brandon they was very thorough and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciate them accepting responsibility and making things right and going the extra mile. I would recommend Brandon and Andrew!
Jordan with NexAir was great. He seemed to take his time and was enthusiastic in representing the company while diagnosing my issue. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue during the visit but did promptly provide the estimate I requested, answered questions in a knowledgeable way, and signed me up for their maintenance plan. I do feel the estimate was a bit steep, but the service was better than expected.
Sam and Sage provided top notch service when I had a leak in my water line. Sam came out and met with me less than an hour after I called. It was a big job, and they fixed everything, did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future!
