Exceptional service from New Image Plumbing. We faced a sudden flood at 5:30 PM, and Pierre managed to have everything under control and repaired within the hour. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of work was spotless. What truly stood out was his professional guidance; Pierre took the time to clearly explain the situation, identifying what required immediate action and what could wait. Even for an after-hours call-out, his pricing was incredibly fair and transparent. Truly a seamless and stress-free experience during a chaotic situation. Pierre is a true professional.

I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old/dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. Also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Amazing customer service from the office staff to all of the team- Pierre, Refugio, Pedro and Pedro have all been super nice, trustworthy and do good work. Highly recommend!

From my initial call to New I mage all the way through to completion and payment, the experience was expert, pleasant, honest, dignified — even friendly and amusing. It goes without saying that the team fixed my problem perfectly and set me up for even better plumbing in my future. I had an emergency plumbing failure, a back-up that was caused by a damaged line to the city. From my initial call to Tina, ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, to my initial assessment with George (about whom I cannot summon enough praise—I consider it an honor to have met him, quite apart from any plumbing problem I may have had). That goes for the rest of his whole staff as well. Hiring New Image was the smartest thing I have ever done for my home maintenance and my real estate investment. Where do I begin?? The guys at New Image Plumbing not only saved me from having to close down my restaurant due to no hot water when my hot water heater stopped working out of nowhere, but they saved me a lot of money compared to others when it came time to pay. The day my hot water heater went out I started to call around to find someone to help me repair it, everyone I contacted that day were "too busy" to come in for an inspection/repair. It's crazy because nobody cared how urgent this matter was to me until I spoke with Armen at New Image. He understood that this was going to hinder my business in these already tough times, so he did his best to assist me and called in a technician on his day off to come check out the unit. Wow thank you Armen and Pierre! Way to go out of your way to provide excellent customer service. Well when they arrived they checked out the unit and told me that yes it can be repaired but it's better off to be replaced because it's only a matter of months before it goes out completely. I had a feeling it would be time to replace the unit considering it had been in use for 20 years. They didn't know the unit was 20 years old until after they recommended I replaced the whole thing, this proved to me they were not trying to make an extra buck and were just being honest and knowledgeable. Then when I told them the age of the unit we all had a good laugh and agreed the time had come. However I still didn't have a working unit and to order one would take a few days. Well New Image to the rescue once again. They happened to have ONE spare unit that would work in place of the unit I had previously. They brought in the brand new unit and had it installed within a couple of hours. When I received the bill I was shocked, expecting it to be way more than it was for all the work they did in such little time. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and willing to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service! Recommend ten times over! Side note Health department came in for a routine inspection two days after they replaced the unit. Can you imagine if I hadn't called them and waited on someone else to come in. Thank you guys once again!

To my surprise, Pierre stepped in, stayed extra time, and helped me mop and clean both bathrooms and the main lobby. No attitude, no rush -- just genuinely wanting to help. What could've been a horrible day ended up feeling manageable because of how above-and-beyond he went. Pierre, the owner, showed up himself. He was incredibly friendly, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. While his technician handled the repair quickly, Pierre walked me through what was happening and provided transparent pricing before every step. They ended up snaking both the main sewage line outside and the bathroom drain pipe. And here’s the part that really stood out: it was late on a Friday, the building janitor was unavailable, and we were left with a mess to clean. Without me even asking, Pierre stayed and helped me mop and clean the two bathrooms and the lobby. No complaints, no rushing — he just genuinely cared about helping us get the space back to normal. Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up. They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either. I had called around for a quote and their price installed was on par with someone else but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced. Thankfully they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping. He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat. We have hot hot water again! Definitely going to call on them again in the future.

I am very happy with their above and beyond service. My biggest concern was our high water pressure, extremely high, they explained what potential damage can occur and how to address it. I had other companies trying to over charge easily 5 times as much. Our gas line was an upgrade we have been wanting to do for a while and was done flawlessly. About 2 weeks after the work had been completed, they called to follow up with any questions or concerns that may have came up. Thank you for that follow up. Very pleased with the outcome and would turn to them for future projects.

When I messaged Pierre, the owner (on a Sunday), I let him know it was not an emergency- just wanted to get on his calendar for April. Pierre had someone out first thing Monday morning. I received a text that Refugio would arrive within the hour and he was here in less than 15 minutes. Refugio was friendly, professional and efficient! After the new water heater was installed, he walked me over and gave me a quick rundown of the new unit. He hauled away the old one and probably left our home cleaner than when he arrived:) We have more plumbing work to be done in the coming months and New Image will be our first call.
