“I have a tankless water heater that needed immediate Servicing. After looking for a reliable company on yelp I decided on New Generation plumbing. I put the call in at 6:30pm and it was answered quickly by Jake who set me up with a free estimate the next morning (they would have gone same day but I requested the morning). With out having to reach out to confirm this morning, I had Fernando call me (ahead of schedule) that he was there.”

“New Generation Plumbing has great customer service and expert technicians. I specifically want to spotlight Martin G and team. I had a clogged toilet a few weeks ago. Martin came out and diagnosed the issue being the bathroom drain pipe. He snaked the pipe but recommended having it replaced due to it being corroded cast iron.”

Martin also did a fantastic job reconnecting our kitchen after a mold remediation project, and he was always easy to communicate with and happy to explain everything clearly. We would gladly work with them again.”

I know this is common practice in this industry, but others at least stated clearly that they "had to do a in-person consulting" (which was free, of course).
