New Braunfels Quality Plumbing

We smelled gas in the house. We called Quality Plumbing and they immediately got us on their schedule. Ryan texted us in route to tell us they were on their way. RYAN arrived and conducted a VERY thorough search. When he identified the issue, he deemed he needed support. SHANE arrived and together they addressed the issue. On time, transparent, professional, polite, personable, great work at a very reasonable cost for the work they completed and the time they spent. Just AMAZING, THIS vendor did what they said they would do! We find MANY vendors who do not demonstrate this quality of service. They only get 5 stars cuz I can’t give them a 10.

I called on a Sunday morning and much to my surprise Eddie the owner answered the phone. He asked me what he could help me with I told him what was going on with our AC. He said I will have someone there shortly. As soon as I hung up the phone they were ringing my doorbell. James and Devin came in figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I truly appreciate how a business owner realizes life happens on the weekends. I have them saved in my phone, I will never use anyone else and I will always recommend them. Excellent Company!

Excellent communication, and very fast service. Shane came out to my home and patched a waterline for me that I'd done a horrible DIY patch on. He fixed it quickly and permanently and made my wife stop saying "sell the house!!". Thank you Shane and Quality Plumbing!!

The system looks great, and they took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood how it works. We’re very happy with the installation and highly recommend Quality Plumbing!

Quality Plumbing is the best! They did our new construction in 2021 and have helped us since then (nothing wrong with original work, just "new owner" ignorance. 😄 They're always professional, fast, thorough, and respectful; I'll never use anyone else for our plumbing needs.
